We had a lovely stay in this quiet holiday home in Migliorini. The shared pool was a fantastic place to relax after a day of hiking. The views from the terrace are simply stunning, especially at sunset.

For campers, this is luxury. ;-) The surroundings are beautiful, the cottage is charming. You can sit outside comfortably under a roof. Spacious rooms with good beds. Spacious kitchen and a nice living room. The roof and sanitary facilities could use some attention. Clean bed linen after a week of sweating would have been nice too. ;-) The route up can be a challenge for some cars (drive slowly). The owner is a friendly old boss who enthusiastically talked about the beautiful surroundings and the places we definitely should visit. The pool is ice-cold and thus lovely to cool off in after a day of hiking. For an adventurous holidaymaker (tip: Lucca rafting for wild canyoning in the Lima).

Beautiful authentic region. Small picturesque villages, nice towns (Lucca!). Holiday home is located in an authentic Italian village with six houses inhabited by the original inhabitants. Other houses are occupied by holidaymakers but without feeling like you are in a tourist resort.

Have to clean immediately on arrival, cottage is more for adventurers than for sunbathers. No house to laze in the day. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of activities nearby (+ - 1h drive).

Borgo Migliorini is nothing short of a magical place. An hidden gem tucked away in the beatiful Abetone mountain, it provided a marvellous frame for our wedding which we hosted here in mid-June. Blessed by fabulous weather, our guests raved about their stay in this cabin and were just mesmerized by the beauty of it all. The cabins are built with ex-novo materials salvaged by the hamlet's owner, who descends from a long line of illustrious artists and put his very soul in the restoration of this hamlet by scattering pieces made by his ancestors over the centuries. If you are not too fussy about things being polished, are a nature lover and rustic is your style, look no further. Great value for money.

It's a cute little house on top of a mountain! Nice to sit for a week! Access road is tricky! And pool has ice water, which is sometimes good in the hot summer ....!

What you pay here locally 50.- for final cleaning is a mystery. The apartment was from start to finish just dirty. Would otherwise really ok ... the pool was also a conglomeration of dead beetles etc. in the water.

We enjoyed the tips from the owner who takes ample time to recount entry about what to see and do in the area. Very friendly! The heating does not work so takes a long time to get started with hout.De refrigerator is no fridge but a freezer, passed to owner

The property is located in a forest. Very quiet, away from the drukte.Enkele cities such as Pistoia, Lucca, Florence, .... can be reached in less than an hour by car. The host is a very warm man that you receive with open arms.

The pet-friendly policy is a great advantage, Our dog loved the garden and the nearby walking trails, It made our stay even more enjoyable,

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The nearby cable car was an added advantage for winter sports enthusiasts.

The kitchen is fantastic for cooking meals together, We prepared delicious dinners and enjoyed them on the terrace, I highly recommend this place!

This house is perfect for small groups. The three rooms offered plenty of space for us, and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
