I enjoyed my stay at Le Charme. The interior of the house is very attractive, though not all are equally comfortable furniture, but there is plenty of choice in that regard. Kitchen is fine and the location of the room behind the kitchen is not ideal but no further probleem.Persoonlijk I think it is a disadvantage that the guest house, which is located on the same floor as the bedroom with shower occupant can not be blocked. The doors all contain a window with lace curtain so you could thus look together. Inward With some creativity, I've solved it yourself. Nevertheless, I still really enjoyed everything in the area to see and discover. For people who have difficulty walking or seniors are the stairs to the sleeping area or watch out.

Già due anni che alloggiamo in questa meravigliosa casa vacanze,affacciata su un panorama mozzafiato. La gestione è a dir poco eccellente grazie alla presenza di Fabio e alla sua attenzione prestataci in ogni momento. Camere e alloggi tenuti con molta cura e pulizia ,qualsiasi esigenza è soddisfatta in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Non esiteremo a tornare anche per il terzo anno. Grazie a belvilla e soprattutto un grazie a Fabio. -Un saluto da Brando e Adele.

Our stay in Oliviverde quite pleasant. The cottage is situated in a nice quiet place. Lucca and Florence are close by. The reception was very welcoming. The cottage is simply but tastefully decorated.

Beautiful house with great views. Olivi Verde is marked with a sign above the road. Tis does look ff, but then you also have great wat.We enjoyed. A paradise. Fabio a friendly host. The house clean. No wifi, so extra purchases. Furthermore, there is everything you need. We had a deer in the garden, a fox and many fireflies (never seen) a magical face. A must for rest and a wonderful view. Only downside is the buses on the exit ramp. Because of this, our bottom of the car is severely damaged

We had a very nice vacation. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated (a whole new device would not fit the atmosphere of the house), spacious (for 2 persons), quiet and for us there were sufficient facilities. There are some nice restaurants around San Quirico itself atop a tower, down in the valley (trattoria Sandrino) and La Pieve where they have good wifi. Its location in the valley is fantastic and there are many unknown, pretty villages nearby. It is located in a mountainous area so bring an extra sweater and a flashlight. Florence is easily accessible by train from Pescia. Pistoia, Siena, Lucca and Pisa, we have done with the car and all are about 1 to max. 1.5 hours drive away. Please note that the nearest supermarket is in Pescia (20min drive) but that's the route to any other city, so with a little planning would not have to make out. We would still so go back again!

We have chosen this house to stay. In the beautiful hills of Tuscany The property is well cared for and Fabio the owner is very welcoming and friendly. The entire look makes you feel real Italy. Florence and Pisa are within easy reach by car. This property is also a guard location to explore the area. During the summer months you can enjoy also come to the house to rest (terrace pool). We have enjoyed this immensely. That there is only one bedroom, it was no problem for us.

The house is well hidden in the Tuscan hills, and is signposted from the road, also do not find our TomTom house number 108 (tip: San Quirico 900m after sign turn right into the bush). The last 100 m is unpaved and very bumpy (downward sloping) access path, really only passable with four-wheel drive. Unlit, so make sure you arrive preferably in daylight. We were there in late April and it was still on the cold side, winter tires are mandatory t / m 15 april.Het house was a surprise: beautifully situated with a great view over the valley, the kitchen was equipped with very scant bad pans , no coffee maker. Decor simple and tasteful. But ..... if you like peace and quiet (there is no TV, radio, etc., hardly mobile coverage) and simple country life in beautiful surroundings, this is a great stay! Take a good pans, coffee maker, mop and torch it and you will be happy here!

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Old farmhouse has been tastefully converted into 3 apartments, situated in the green Tuscan hills overlooking ancient villages. The middle apartment (red) is the largest, right (blue?) The smallest. We had left (green) downstairs living room, bathroom, kitchen. Via spiral staircase to upstairs bedroom. Plenty of room for three adults and a large dog. Small pool filled with ice-cold mountain water good for cooling off. Very friendly owner. Near several restaurants where you can eat for little money with only locals well. Steep dirt road to our apartment for car no problem, who prefer not to drive can just walk the last 50m.

But you must have something about this beautiful location. Located in San Quirico, just before you drive out of the village on the right side is a dirt road that leads up to the cottage. Whether you drive into the parking space in San Quirico (then really you're already past), then you drive out of here, turn left and it is the first dirt road on the left. The cottage was very cozy, the photo 's on the inside that are on the site do the house any justice. Because of this we still had doubts, but it is very cozy and authentically furnished, clean, tight and is equipped with everything you need. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a lovely relaxing time in this house that is located in a beautiful spot. The road to it is for someone from the Netherlands a fantastic sensation the Italians drive up the mountain and down, like most Dutch on a provincial road through the polder drive. Lovely to read, too steep for us to make. Great walks

One of my best holidays. Wonderful location, great host. The location was peaceful, quiet, had an amazing view and with our location we had a very good starting point for several round trip hikes. The house had everything we needed and the host is so helpful and had a solution to every question, he also advised us places to eat, things to see and do... After a short search we found our site. We had been in touch on the go with the landlord & quotFabio "who received us warmly. He showed us everything and he seemed to have picked as welcome. Bunch of flowers We have found, within walking distance of the searched us rest a very good place to eat and the villages in the valley where you from the terrace overlooks are equally picturesque and worth watching. Culture enough known and lesser-known towns within driving distance. Save Pestoia and Prato hereby not!

The house is in a beautiful secluded and quiet location. The belvilla can be reached by car, but due to the dry weather and the steep slope it is more difficult to reach. Fabio (the owner), however, helped us very well with moving the car. The apartment in the house is spacious, fully equipped and clean. Beautifully situated house surrounded by beautiful views. Finding the accommodation was quite difficult because the sign for Bellvilla was not very clearly visible. Mr Biondi was very friendly and welcoming and delivered us super days.

Authentic house, nicely decorated, great view. Very good care by owner, he brought eg homemade honey, fresh figs and fresh flowers. He also gave helpful tips about activities in the area. Definitely a must if you are looking for a vacation away from the crowds, surrounded by nature, but with all the facilities.
