The arrival was fine. The house owner picked us up in the village because it was not detectable by the tomtom. Very friendly and helpful people.The accommodation was fantastic! The surroundings did not meet our expectations as there was no facility in the village such as a shop, bakery, restaurant etc. Next to each other, you had to leave a little way from the cottage two tracks that just fitted the car. Once you reached the edge of the village, a 7 km journey started over a very bad road where you could drive up to 30 km / hour. We felt completely isolated, not pleasant.

Beautiful and very complete house. Especially outside a lot of space and ample seating and own barbecue and heating furnace. Inside the kitchen is very complete, the bedroom / living room / bathroom are large. Unfortunately it was not so hot and the heating could not be controlled, so it was very cold in the cottage. Also lacked a buitenhaardje or patio heater to enjoy at slightly colder still out nice and long again. The sun has disappeared in June around 17.15u behind the rear mountain. "In the morning you can enjoy the sun ontbijten.De location is perfect for people who love peace and do not mind a nice road of +/- 20 min drive to the town for the nearest supermarket. Lucca, Pisa, Florence are all within easy reach by car. there are plenty of typical old villages just steps away. Homeowner Alessansdro is very friendly and can communicate very well in English.

We stayed 10 days in this house and have a wonderful holiday polite. On the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley and the other mountain villages. The house has all the comfort you need on vacation. As mentioned earlier, you have to take into account that the house is reached via a narrow, steep road with the car. With a standard family car this is certainly possible. Otherwise, there is a parking lot in the village. There is also a car park at the house provided. The owner is very helpful and speaks good English. This house is definitely recommended.

Valleriana located atop a 600 m high mountain, you will go a long way. Using a very narrow but beautiful 8km The house is accessed via a very steep and very narrow path. A larger car can absolutely not be here. The parking at the entrance of the village is the only parking. The owner Alessandro is a very nice Italian who English is mighty good. The house itself is beautiful. Fully equipped and very well maintained. A dishwasher and washing machine are free at your disposal. From this location denotes an hour in Pisa or Florence. And be sure to visit the Chianti and Sienna. A restaurant in Pescia called Pucci's worth. The "locals" out there like which also indicates that the food is fine. The double bed is a little on the tight side, in both length and width.
