Charming and well-kept holiday home (all ground floor, 80 m2) recently built in style (the ceilings with typical Tuscan wooden beams and terracotta tiles) stands on the beautiful Tuscan hills in the middle of 30,000 metres of fully fenced land. Part of the land is cultivated with olive trees (in October/November it is possible to pick the olives and watch them being pressed).The garden is perfectly and regularly cared for by a gardener.On the plain opposite, the panorama offers the famous Montecatini Terme, which at night looks like a nativity scene illuminated by coloured lights. An outdoor area equipped with an oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) allows you to lunch or dine in the midst of nature with the warmth of the fire.
An ideal place for excursions by mountain bike, on foot or on horseback, thanks to the numerous stables in the area. Eno-gastronomic tourism will lead you to the discovery of typical local products... Relaxation will only be complete after being pampered in the spas of Montecatini or Monsummano Terme.
There are countless restaurants and typical pizzerias nearby. In Montecatini Terme (5 km away) you can find all services: bars, discos, shops, spas, etc.
The house is also ideally located for visiting Florence, Pistoia, Lucca (Luca Comics!) and Pisa.
On sale are wines, oil, honey and other locally produced products. Free tastings at the shop/wine cellar.
On request (price to be agreed with the owner): 2 extra places on sofa bed.
The cost for charging electric/hybrid cars is 15 euro per charge, on request.

Had a wonderful holiday. Environment is beautiful. House is neat and well cared for. There is no air conditioning and the house does heat up well, so on very hot days it is still very warm at night.

This is such a fantastic spot, great view, lovely veranda (roof) all privacy and close to many nice places. It's always nice to have lunch in Alto. The garden is very green, trees for shade, and lots of flowers, so let's take a look around with the watering can…. Lucca, Pisa, Florance (by train) You are on top of the mountain, so going out for dinner means taking the car .. but we often have a good lunch and then get some snacks for the evening, you don't have to leave the door anymore and you can enjoy yourself .. Sonia and Lucca have a wine shop, and they have a number of wines ready and you can sign up on a list, you pay when you leave .. how good is that ..

Very important to go smoothly to the house, put in your GPS SP633, 100m before Il Brochetto on the right follow the road up and then you come to the beautiful house. It is very beautiful, all facilities are present. Super nice view of Montecatini.In Montecatini you can easily take the train to the beautiful cities, we have been to Firence by train. Online we have booked excursions to go to Cinque Terre and Pisa Luca, the departure point was at Montecatini train station, very easy and very well organized.We recommend this house to everyone !!!

Great environment, huge garden, lots of olive trees. Photos do not really show how beautiful and spacious the garden is. Beautiful green garden, behind that another part where you can bbq'en, play, campfire maken.Vriendelijke family ... Owners, daughter meets, friendly grandfather. The whole event is very familial. Mega friendly Grandpa Fernando comes every now and then in the morning in the yard, to take care of his plants and olive trees, not bothered by. Comes through another entrance and you do not really see it. Our children got a little present from him and a candy (very thoughtful). You do need a car! Although we stayed very much in the yard. Kids played a lot, searching insects, swimming, playing cards, bbqing and so on. A lot of privacy, not affected by direct neighbors. In the village, there is also plenty to do also train station, which brings you everywhere marsh (Pisa / Lucca / Girenze)

A lot of people who stayed at Casa Rondó already wrote it and we can confirm it it is indeed a little paradise !! A big estate with olive and other fruit trees. A charming little house, very clean and comfortable. A big garden with wonderful flowers and a big pool. This pool is certainly the highlight, especially if you have 34 degrees. Everything was just perfectly and lovingly maintained. De owners are wonderful people welcoming, relaxed and very friendly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay !! Den eneste ting jeg savnet var en slags fan fordi det var ganske varmt om natten og fordi musklerne kan du ikke åbne vinduet. Vi ofte ser på de fotos og husker den fantastiske tid vi havde. Did I mention the privacy This is another big advantage of this house. One time, somebody came to cut the grass, but otherwise we were left alone. Another plus is the proximity to Montecatini Terme and supermarkets. You just ride for 10 minutes to get off the mountain. In the beginning we had difficulty finding the place. Our navigation system had problems. I advise you to ask for a short description. I wish everybody a nice vacation! -)

The arrival was hearty.The accommodation was excellent. Only the shower was a bit tight. The surroundings are rural but far less far from Montecatini than Belvilla mentioned in the documentation. The view from the garden is fairytale, especially in the evening

The house was beautifully situated in a park-like setting, a fantastic pool with nice deck chairs made quite tip-top. The house was a shelter with table chairs so you could be outside constantly. The owner showed us on a walk, which make from the house was in the village of Croce (church) by a beautiful park with a medieval bridge. Lucca is the nearest town, a very pleasant town with beautiful ramparts. Furthermore Montecatini Alto a nice trip to the train (the funicolare) upwards to chug and the village to stroll and grab a terrace. Barga is also recommended further and of course Florence!

Through a tip this holiday made by the position on a mountain very nice environment and uitzicht.Heerlijk with a private pool, unfortunately the weather was not with us every day zonnig.Het house is fully equipped including an oven, dishwasher and bbq, very fijn.Door central location we have a lot of Tuscany to discover Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano. Montecatini Terme itself is also worth a visit.

Beautiful house with very nice and large maintained garden. Small but cozy. Best suited for 2 people. What we own what lacked was an additional seat in the living room (now there was one small two-seater which still is not much since the house is equipped for 4 people) and some more garden furniture (table, you can move so you also the sun can eat small stool / table by the pool to lay gas grill instead of charcoal barbecue) some stuff. The owners come daily (unexpectedly) by to maintain the garden. We found this a bit of a disadvantage because you therefore have less privacy. You have a beautiful view from the garden of the valley (Montecatini Therme) and the mountains. Nicely located but on the edge of the mountains which it is cooler. We went on vacation in late June and it was a bit chilly. You can do day trips from Montecatini lot of Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Chianti ...

Beautiful setting and lovely views from the apartment. Ideal base for cultural cities such as Florence, Lucca and Siena. Definitely recommend the Chianti route, although "walking with the car," but there are plenty of stops that are worth as Greve in Chianti. The trattorias and ristorantes near the house are good. Tuscany is definitely a region to return.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Casa Ronda.We have our very sense gehad.Huis was really tip top shape. Gaiccai family are delightful people to deal with, especially grandfather Fernando is an incredibly sweet man who daily in the morning to stop by in the garden to work without further somewhere along bemoeien.Leuke resturants nearby, especially Montacolle we found very goed.Restaurantje on across the street was not slecht.Voor the rest are seated nearby excursions to do, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Voltera .... My wife cried when we had to go home.

The stay in this cottage was very pleasant and all too short. The house is nicely furnished in Tuscan style, has very good facilities and a great location in an olive grove 300m over Montecatini Terme. For driving directions from the highway, you need about 15 min.Die family is very welcoming and you can buy a very good house products such as wine, olive oil and honey. There are two restaurants in the 200m and 500m away. Can shop for daily needs are best in Esselunga supermarket (road to Lucca) or IPERCOOP (FreibergSouth).

A very nice house at a beautiful location, with a good swimming pool. The daily visits by Fernando were pleasent. There 's lots of things to see in a radius of less than 50 kilometres.The lack of air conditioning in the house made sleeping nearly impossible. The noise of nearby dancehalls were sometimes very unpleasent.

The house is fully equipped, location is fantastic and the pool is heerlijk.Ook it is very central if you want to make trips to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano. Excellent location, beautiful accommodation. Only drawback is the very high utility bill (gas and electricity) as the tenant is responsible for the facilities in all the land (4 acres) comprising vegetable garden, olive grove, fruit trees, flower garden, garden pumps and pool pumps. This came as a nasty end to a wonderful holiday. The tenant also has no view on the gas and electricity meter readings at the start of the verblijf.Steven enjoy the Luyck - Liedekerke - Belgium

The location of the house is much nicer than described. It is simply stunning and the views both day "evening phenomenal. Halftime is huge and yet close to all amenities. We were planning to go for two days this holiday to Rome, but when we arrived there, we have the hotel reservation is canceled immediately. The house has a perfect look and a beautiful location. The swimming pool in the garden is truly amazing. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance so if you do not feel like cooking, you can always go there (or briefly reservation on Sunday). We spent a week here for the first time 5 years ago. Because we liked it so much, we have now gone for 2 weeks. And what a great place this remains! Beautiful views, quiet location and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Mosquito screens have now been installed in the bedrooms and bathroom. Very nice because there are so many of them! Mattress is fine, shower cabin on the small side, but you get used to it quickly. The house can get very warm inside (30 degrees), but air conditioning will be installed next year. The owners, Sonia and Luca, are very hospitable and helpful. They have some nice ones

We were planning to go for two days this holiday to Rome, but when we arrived there, we have the hotel reservation is canceled immediately. The house has a perfect look and a beautiful location. The swimming pool in the garden is truly amazing. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance so if you do not feel like cooking, you can always go there (or briefly reservation on Sunday). The location of the house is much nicer than described. It is simply stunning and the views both day "evening phenomenal. Halftime is huge and yet close to all amenities. We have 6 t / m 13 June 2009 in this spacious holiday home our account. And it is our very birth. The house is fully equipped, location is fantastic and the pool is heerlijk.Ook it is very central if you want to make trips to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano. Six years ago we took the kids to have this house and it had already been greatly to the meaning had. Now with his twain stayed a week in the house. It really is a lovely house for those seeking peace and privacy and still want to explore Tuscany. All the famous places are nearby and around the house you will find peace in the olive grove, the swimming pool and terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside. In short: another great week!!

Casa Rondo is a fantastic home located on a top with panoramic uitzcht in Montecatini Terme. Can be found around the private pool, in the olive grove or along the driveway. Many fine places around the house The house is within reach northern and central Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia. Luca, Sonia and Fernando, who works daily on the premises and a pleasant interlocutor, are nice people that you as a guest at your own make sense with excellent oil and zelfgebottelde wines. The car is in the garage. Casa Rondo is a must!

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Casa Ronda.We have our very sense gehad.Huis was really tip top shape. Gaiccai family are delightful people to deal with, especially grandfather Fernando is an incredibly sweet man who daily in the morning to stop by in the garden to work without further somewhere along bemoeien.Leuke resturants nearby, especially Montacolle we found very goed.Restaurantje on across the street was not slecht.Voor the rest are seated nearby excursions to do, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Voltera .... My wife cried when we had to go home.

Through a tip this holiday made by the position on a mountain very nice environment and uitzicht.Heerlijk with a private pool, unfortunately the weather was not with us every day zonnig.Het house is fully equipped including an oven, dishwasher and bbq, very fijn.Door central location we have a lot of Tuscany to discover Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano. Montecatini Terme itself is also worth a visit.

A lot of people who stayed at Casa Rondó already wrote it and we can confirm it it is indeed a little paradise !! A big estate with olive and other fruit trees. A charming little house, very clean and comfortable. A big garden with wonderful flowers and a big pool. This pool is certainly the highlight, especially if you have 34 degrees. Everything was just perfectly and lovingly maintained. De owners are wonderful people welcoming, relaxed and very friendly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay !! Den eneste ting jeg savnet var en slags fan fordi det var ganske varmt om natten og fordi musklerne kan du ikke åbne vinduet. Vi ofte ser på de fotos og husker den fantastiske tid vi havde. Did I mention the privacy This is another big advantage of this house. One time, somebody came to cut the grass, but otherwise we were left alone. Another plus is the proximity to Montecatini Terme and supermarkets. You just ride for 10 minutes to get off the mountain. In the beginning we had difficulty finding the place. Our navigation system had problems. I advise you to ask for a short description. I wish everybody a nice vacation! -)

Friendly welcome, fully furnished and very clean house with a great view. On the left you look in the valley and on the right you see the Tuscan hills. Cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca are easily accessible by train, but the waiting times at the counter can sometimes be long. You can park the car near the station for free at P3, San Marco. Pool is lovely, owners very helpful. There were some problems to find the house the first time (navigation really sent us into the jungle) but eventually found contact by phone. (Keep following the main road until you see Il Boschetto on your left, 100 meters before you take a sharp turn on the path). Really had a heeeeeelijk holiday! Oh yeah, if you like steak a few minutes further on the main road you come to restaurant La Baita. Rarely eaten such a tenderloin!

Beautiful setting and lovely views from the apartment. Ideal base for cultural cities such as Florence, Lucca and Siena. Definitely recommend the Chianti route, although "walking with the car," but there are plenty of stops that are worth as Greve in Chianti. The trattorias and ristorantes near the house are good. Tuscany is definitely a region to return.

Beautiful house with very nice and large maintained garden. Small but cozy. Best suited for 2 people. What we own what lacked was an additional seat in the living room (now there was one small two-seater which still is not much since the house is equipped for 4 people) and some more garden furniture (table, you can move so you also the sun can eat small stool / table by the pool to lay gas grill instead of charcoal barbecue) some stuff. The owners come daily (unexpectedly) by to maintain the garden. We found this a bit of a disadvantage because you therefore have less privacy. You have a beautiful view from the garden of the valley (Montecatini Therme) and the mountains. Nicely located but on the edge of the mountains which it is cooler. We went on vacation in late June and it was a bit chilly. You can do day trips from Montecatini lot of Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Chianti ...

The house was beautifully situated in a park-like setting, a fantastic pool with nice deck chairs made quite tip-top. The house was a shelter with table chairs so you could be outside constantly. The owner showed us on a walk, which make from the house was in the village of Croce (church) by a beautiful park with a medieval bridge. Lucca is the nearest town, a very pleasant town with beautiful ramparts. Furthermore Montecatini Alto a nice trip to the train (the funicolare) upwards to chug and the village to stroll and grab a terrace. Barga is also recommended further and of course Florence!

It was a fine house. Pool is lovely and the garden too. The location is ideal, right in Tuscany, you could go either way. The owner is regularly maintained garden, but you did not really bother him.

We stayed here between 18 September and 3 October 2009. The house and its surroundings is more than worth the price. It is fully equipped and in excellent condition it is also a good base for visits to Florence, Lucca, Pistoia and Pisa. For more southern towns like Siena and San Simigiano you soon travel time of 2 hours internalisation. We had beautiful weather with daily temperatures of plus 25 degrees. Only downside to the house are the mosquitoes. Later in the afternoon by the pool is no longer to do and are therefore much stuck. Do not know if this is the time of year to do. The owners are friendly and speak reasonable English. The house stands only 3 years and it is easy to see because still looks Piccobello out. The pool is two years old. January 2010 they continue refurbishing the garden, it will therefore only prettier. Gr. Ingrid, Stefan and our docher of 20 months, Eva.

Very important to go smoothly to the house, put in your GPS SP633, 100m before Il Brochetto on the right follow the road up and then you come to the beautiful house. It is very beautiful, all facilities are present. Super nice view of Montecatini.In Montecatini you can easily take the train to the beautiful cities, we have been to Firence by train. Online we have booked excursions to go to Cinque Terre and Pisa Luca, the departure point was at Montecatini train station, very easy and very well organized.We recommend this house to everyone !!!

Excellent location, beautiful accommodation. Only drawback is the very high utility bill (gas and electricity) as the tenant is responsible for the facilities in all the land (4 acres) comprising vegetable garden, olive grove, fruit trees, flower garden, garden pumps and pool pumps. This came as a nasty end to a wonderful holiday. The tenant also has no view on the gas and electricity meter readings at the start of the verblijf.Steven enjoy the Luyck - Liedekerke - Belgium

Great environment, huge garden, lots of olive trees. Photos do not really show how beautiful and spacious the garden is. Beautiful green garden, behind that another part where you can bbq'en, play, campfire maken.Vriendelijke family ... Owners, daughter meets, friendly grandfather. The whole event is very familial. Mega friendly Grandpa Fernando comes every now and then in the morning in the yard, to take care of his plants and olive trees, not bothered by. Comes through another entrance and you do not really see it. Our children got a little present from him and a candy (very thoughtful). You do need a car! Although we stayed very much in the yard. Kids played a lot, searching insects, swimming, playing cards, bbqing and so on. A lot of privacy, not affected by direct neighbors. In the village, there is also plenty to do also train station, which brings you everywhere marsh (Pisa / Lucca / Girenze)

The stay in this cottage was very pleasant and all too short. The house is nicely furnished in Tuscan style, has very good facilities and a great location in an olive grove 300m over Montecatini Terme. For driving directions from the highway, you need about 15 min.Die family is very welcoming and you can buy a very good house products such as wine, olive oil and honey. There are two restaurants in the 200m and 500m away. Can shop for daily needs are best in Esselunga supermarket (road to Lucca) or IPERCOOP (FreibergSouth).

This is such a fantastic spot, great view, lovely veranda (roof) all privacy and close to many nice places. It's always nice to have lunch in Alto. The garden is very green, trees for shade, and lots of flowers, so let's take a look around with the watering can…. Lucca, Pisa, Florance (by train) You are on top of the mountain, so going out for dinner means taking the car .. but we often have a good lunch and then get some snacks for the evening, you don't have to leave the door anymore and you can enjoy yourself .. Sonia and Lucca have a wine shop, and they have a number of wines ready and you can sign up on a list, you pay when you leave .. how good is that ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Especially the view of the valley is amazing. Florence, Pisa and Lucca are good to visit as distance is concerned. Friendly people, but especially the daily visits of the old Mr. Fernando were cozy. Beautiful house!

The arrival was hearty.The accommodation was excellent. Only the shower was a bit tight. The surroundings are rural but far less far from Montecatini than Belvilla mentioned in the documentation. The view from the garden is fairytale, especially in the evening

Recently built house on a beautiful piece of land. Outside is perfectly maintained with blissful pool. Inside everything is okay, maybe a little limited in space and kitchen for 4 people. But this was only a footnote in the holiday.

Super nice view over the city. Super friendly reception by owner and his daughter. The house is immaculate and maintained and fully equipped. The garden and pool are also beautiful and maintained. An hour's drive from both Pisa and Firenze. Montecatini Alto is also beautiful to walk through. We will definitely go back one more time. The check-out was also flawless. Highly recommended!

The holiday home is located at the top of a mountain and is reached via a beautiful winding lane. It has a driveway of approximately 300 meters so that you are a bit off the road. This path is easy to drive. The area is wooded and along the front of the house you have a very nice view of the city and the surrounding villages. The property itself is beautiful and very neat. The owners love a lot of decoration and tasteful decoration. This is (for example in the bathroom) something in the way. A little less would also be nice. The property has every comfort, but no air conditioning. The spacious swimming pool is well maintained, as is the garden. Very beautiful and an oasis of peace. Since mosquitoes also love this wonderful stay, sufficient protection is a necessity. The WiFi network works perfectly up to the swimming pool.

A very nice house at a beautiful location, with a good swimming pool. The daily visits by Fernando were pleasent. There 's lots of things to see in a radius of less than 50 kilometres.The lack of air conditioning in the house made sleeping nearly impossible. The noise of nearby dancehalls were sometimes very unpleasent.

Comfortable bungalow with magnificent views. Please note that you need the car to get to the center of Montecatini to come. The pool is not heated. Privacy is limited because the owner regular site visits for maintenance etc.

Wonderful week with our children at this great location. Beautiful, fully furnished house. Surrounded by a large garden, nice porch, large luxury swimming pool with breathtaking views. The boys enjoyed making a campfire every night. Friendly owners who give you your privacy. Really recommended!

Lovely house, lovely views, it knocked some things are not, which were remedied immediately. Every day Grandpa Fernando in the yard. Located very lonely, so gate day and night closed and locked! A paradise!

What a fantastic house with a breathtaking view over Montecatini! We were very warmly received by the owner and her daughter. We also met dear grandfather Fernando. Every day he comes along to maintain his olive grove and vegetable garden and sometimes takes something for you (grapes, tomatoes, etc). The house is fully equipped and is spotless! We have every day delicious breakfast on the terrace and sometimes even eaten there in the evening.You can eat at Il Boschetto which is within walking distance.We had a lovely verblijf.Enige (small) minus is that it is quite warm at night is in the bedroom and you can close the shutters better for the mosquitoes. A fan would be very nice. We will definitely come back here.
