This is a 2-bedroom holiday home having beautiful surroundings in Montecarelli. There is a sparkling shared swimming pool with sunbeds to have fun and relax. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 6 friends.
This holiday home is set against a splendid mountainous landscape, guaranteeing easy sightseeing. Sporty people will also enjoy this region as many hiking and biking opportunities exist. The lake of Bilancino at 7 km is ideal for a relaxing day with a boat trip. If you want to go out for dinner, there are restaurants 0.5 km away. Grocery stores are 6 km away. You can go admire the art and culture in the capital of Tuscany, Florence at 40 km.
The holiday home has central heating. To enjoy authentic Italian food, there are a shared barbecue and pizza oven near the swimming pool. You can enjoy meals on the private terrace and later, play with children in the garden. A game of table football is great for recreation.

On arrival we found to be the only guests in the apartment complex. Although it was in the autumn and the pool was closed because it was too cold. Have a nice house and clean.

Were late on arrival due to traffic. Contacted per app, no problem. Key was in the lock and next morning only formal check in fine!

Lovely spacious house in a small residence, equipped and well furnished. Half hour drive from Florence. Great view from our small terrace (with little shade). In the vicinity are several fine restaurants where you can eat delicious Italian for relatively little money. For a lazy sunny holidays, with occasionally a trip (you have some time to drive). Specifically, the weekly pizza party organized by the owners.

The apartment was comfortable large bedrooms with ceiling fans and two neat bathrooms. The living room / kitchen was spacious. Depending on the apartment you had had you little or no shade. The outside space was relatively small. We did not like the garden furniture. On Thursday evening there was a pizza evening. Not only were the guests invited, but also the family, friends and acquaintances of the owner. It was a nice evening. The kids enjoyed the pool. The village itself does not matter, but you can eat well. Unfortunately, you hear the traffic going through the village. In the distance the highway is visible. We did not suffer from this. There are 10 apartments. There were mainly Dutch guests. Mostly without or with older children. Every day, the bakery comes along with bread (except on Sundays) around 945.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful place in Tuscany. Everything is clean, large and complete. Beautiful pool, good fence for children, beautiful gardens and terraces. The restaurants within walking distance in this small town are just fine. Highly recommended.
