The accommodation is situated in a quiet area with a beautiful view, a lovely swimming pool and above all a very warm welcome by Annamaria. She and the family that owns the accommodation turn out to be very sweet people, very hospitable and present at appropriate distances when needed. The weekly pizza evening with the family and the other guest is a must. The accommodation looks nice, for the parents a spacious bedroom, kids on the sofa bed. Kitchen may be decorated more fully, but that is the only thing. Further top!

It is a beautiful holiday home and nice apartments and it looks very neatly out there cared. Also a very nice pool which is well maintained each night the vacuum cleaner is through gehaald.Verder a beautiful garden which is neatly aangelegd.Echt a aanrader.Er is plenty to do as to Siena San Giminiano florence etc.

We thought it was a very beautiful place. Very clean, plenty of space, very nice owner, pizza evening super fun and well organised. The only downside we found was that there was little crockery, so the dishwasher had to be used daily. Furthermore, you must take into account the fact that you are staying near a road where many motorcyclists drive (sometimes at high speed) and there is a highway that you hear in the distance.

A beautiful complex located in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. From the apartment you walk into the pool. Everything but everything is well maintained. The apartment is spacious enough and equipped. If you want to enjoy peace and yet at a reasonable driving distance to stay in Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and later you will feel here. Thanks to Andrea for the reception, the stay at this lovely family complex and cozy Pitza evening. Recommended.

We have four of us (2 adults and 2 children 16/14 yrs) enjoyed a wonderful week in Residence Il Poggiolino. The building has several rented apartments with a nice mix of nationalities. The facilities are excellent with as topper the lovely pool with views. We had already read about the famous pizza night and it was really fantastic! Small negatives were the distance to a supermarket and the road that runs underneath and attracted many bikers our weekend. However, this property is an absolute must.

Nice apartment in a beautiful location. Good base for cities like Florence, Lucca or Bologna. Beautiful swimming pool. Walking distance to good restaurants. The pizza evening that hosts the owners on Thursday is incredibly cozy. In short, top vacation.

Nice apartment, nice base to go to Florence and Bologna. I have been there with two dogs. Great to do. Bed is bit hard and short. Accommodation is clean and tidy. Little noisy. Spacious and large. Super for two people, there is a sofa bed downstairs. So with more people you sleep in the living room. That doesn't seem right to me. But I don't know if that is in all apartments.
