In the beautiful surroundings of Montecarelli, this is a 1-bedroom holiday home. Spend hours at the sparkling shared swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds here. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 4 friends.
This holiday home is set against a splendid mountainous landscape, guaranteeing easy sightseeing. Sporty people will also enjoy this region as many hiking and biking opportunities exist. The lake of Bilancino at 7 km is ideal for a relaxing day with a boat trip. If you want to go out for dinner, there are restaurants 0.5 km away. Grocery stores are 6 km away. You can go admire the art and culture in the capital of Tuscany, Florence at 40 km.
The holiday home is central heating. To enjoy authentic Italian food, there are a shared barbecue and pizza oven near the swimming pool. You can enjoy meals on the private terrace and later, play with children in the garden. A game of table football is great for recreation.

Nice accommodation. Very well received. Very helpful: Environment: must do some relocation for everything. Village itself is nothing to do.

Nice, cozy house. Super clean and everything still fairly new. The hostess went out of her way to make us feel welcome; there was a free pizza party, another day she suddenly came by with a box of plums from which we could take what we wanted. The disadvantage is that the garden is very small and you are really right next to your neighbors. We had to go through the neighbor's garden to get to the pool. "In the evening with the windows closed you hear almost nothing from outside, but from your neighbors, the walls are then and it is very noisy.

We (couple with child of 1) have had a great time (first 2 weeks of September)! We arrived earlier than planned, and Annamaria made sure she was still in time to receive us. Very friendly, first told a few things in her office. Then she took us to our apartment and gave us a tour. In case of questions we could best reach her via WhatsApp, because she was not there all day. That worked fine. Environment is beautiful. There is a motorway nearby that you do hear, but not dominating. Especially motors you hear.We had a great apartment, with a seat at the back, where we looked at the pool. At the pool you could sit / lie.Een small disadvantage is that you almost everything with the car must do. The nearest supermarket is in San Barberino, about fifteen minutes by car down, a lot of bends through. Was good to do, but well to be reckoned with. In the village Montecarelli itself we had a delicious lunch at Antica Osteria di Montecarelli. They are only open for lunch. Well recommended to make a reservation, it is quite popular. The pizza evening is also very nice! Every Wednesday (in good weather) a pizza evening is organized. For the guests and family members, every week they invite some other family members. Food and drinks, it is all arranged. Do not eat too much during the day because you get enough! The first pizza night we were mostly with Dutch and Belgians, the next week it was more international Canadians, Israelis, Austrians, Chinese, Belgians and us. From Montecarelli you can visit beautiful cities and villages. We went to Florence and Siena, and both were fine to do, both of us we could park in a parking garage on the edge and then walk straight into the center. In short, highly recommended!

Arrival was very hartelijkst. Through telephone counseling reaches the target. The accommodation was clean and spacious enough. Pool and its location was fantastic. Homeowners were great. Certainly the weekly recurring, organized, shared pizza evening by the family was very successful. For questions you could always ask in our case Annamaria. Definitely worth a re-visit.

The arrival was well organized, we were a little later but that was no problem, we could check the next day. Did not have to pay the deposit. The house was very clean, good plumbing!

After a long journey it's coming here a relief! Nice, behupzame and good English speaking contact on site. Was every day for us ready for questions, tips, etc. Perfectly maintained, clean exactly what you see in the picture 's. Ideal base for day trips in Tuscany or just do nothing at the pool! An absolute must !!

The accommodation is in Italian style with wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and attractive furniture. The interior is complete. Nice shower and beds. The environment is rural and quiet. There are several apartments in the complex but there are several corners where you can still have a bit of privacy if you want. We found the owners very friendly and helpful. They are also easy to reach, among others. via whats app. The area is rural and quiet but there are plenty of opportunities to look up the crowds. A (rental) car is a must. 8 kilometers further on you can take the train to Florance for 3.50. That is the highlight in the area though. There is a large lake in the area but it was currently forbidden to swim. I hope for the people who go there in the summer that it is different.

The residence is beautifully situated and the staff / owners are very friendly. We found the lack of privacy to be a very big downside; a small garden of just 10 m2 without screening to the nearest neighbors. You have more private space on an average campsite. A big minus for this. In addition, the kitchen was very small and the children had to sleep on a sofa bed. For 1200 euros a week we expect something more. We are better used to this from Topic Travel.
