This economical holiday home is situated in Val Maria-pur. Ideal for a family or group, there are 2 bedrooms to accommodate 5 guests. A shared garden with lovely outdoor furniture is in place for you to sit back and relax after a long tiring day.
The home is 100 m from the lake. Dine out with your loved ones at the nearest restaurants just 1 km away. Stock up your essentials from the local grocery store only 3 km from the stay. If you would like to take a refreshing dip in the pool, the public swimming pool is 20 km from the home.
Central heating and parking are in place for you to stay comfortable. In the living/dining room, you can watch TV together. Relish a sizzling platter of barbecue with your dear ones in the garden. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property. A cot is provided for the little ones on request.
Guests can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out timings are 9-10 AM.

Property is very simple, low closet space, internet limited available. Given the price, it is a great holiday destination. Nice valley where very much is being ported.

Great beautiful setting. And a wonderful lake to swim in. Especially from the scaffold the children found it amazing.

Warm welcome and clear explanation. Problems are also solved immediately. Also good suggestions for excursions / activities in the area. The attic apartment is spacious but for longer persons due to the sloping roof is difficult to move freely. Also provided with all amenities and sufficient as a drop-off station for the surrounding area. The surroundings are beautiful. Lake Garda is fast to reach. A trip to Verona is recommended. Nice and cozy city. Holiday for repeatability.

Excellent location, near the lake. From the jetty we could well swim in the clear water. Attic apartment without a balcony, but in the communal garden area was enough.The apartment was simply furnished, but did fine.

An attic apartment in a beautiful area, the lake lago di Ledro. Not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties 42 steep stairs lead to the roof apartment. Not suitable for 5 people up to 2 adults and 2 children. Half of the dining room under sloping ceiling as well as the largest bedroom with sloping ceilings. Uncomfortable couch (also 5-person sofa bed) with view to television against ceiling (watching is a burden for the neck). In the dining room a small viewing hole (you can not call a window) in a sloping ceiling, with a beautiful view of the lake. Through the other window in the kitchen you look at a tall grass berry. Mini fridge cabinet for 5 people every day. Kitchen material limited number of useful bowls (for renewal). The pictures on the website give me a wrong picture of the holiday home.Wel friendly welcome. Beautiful surroundings unlimited hiking and cycling with the mountain bike. The well-known Lake Garda on a small 15 km sunny, warmer ... but superpress and avoid In the summer months, beautiful cities like Trente (50 km) and Verona (100 km) are a must.

This apartment is a roof apartment and has no balcony and no front garden which was not clear from the photos and the description and you really need to know this if you choose or do not choose this house ....
