If you want to relax and enjoy beautiful views, this place is perfect for you. The property met all our expectations. It was clean and tidy. Direct access to the water from the pier was fantastic. We visited in March when it was cold, but the comforters were a big plus since we only expected sheets. I would gladly return. There is a wonderful pizzeria nearby that I definitely recommend.

The apartment is great, nice and modern furnishings and usually leaves little to be desired offen.Was does not work is the service. On arrival day, no one was at the appointed time on site. The specified name Guerini could not be seen on the nameplates. In the house next door there was such a name, but the friendly lady who belonged to the names, assured us that they have nothing to do with the apartment. We called at the specified phone number. It is reported a woman who is not indicated on the residence ticket, English could. In Italian, they told us that in venti minuti someone would appear. This did not happen! A tenant of the house, who introduced himself as a friend of the landlord, informed us about the keys of the apartment, which was located in the grill on the patio. So we came into the apartment rented by us. The landlord even the whole week did not appear. As I said, the apartment itself is fully ok. Two weeks may enjoy a beautiful part of Italy. The cottage is really ideal to the water. The scaffolding makes it possible to go swimming, boating or fishing. The cottage is equipped with all the conveniences that make a vacation truly a vacation. The air conditioning worked super well and with 40 degrees outside. The wifi had nearly the speed we are used to at home. For the kids (12 and 16) the location of the cottage was ideal. Peers enough, especially at the camp which is within walking distance. The area is also lovely. Also nice (10 minutes walking distance station) to visit Lake Iseo, train towns or ff visit. Brescia and / or Milan Nice restaurants within walking distance, also right on the water. The Spar is 300 meters away from the house. In other words you have to take it home. Basically no shopping The house would get a 10, if a boat was also available. If only a rowing boat. But yeah .... you can not have everything right .....-)? In order to appoint hiccups the WiFi was not very stable and the BBQ was not clean. All in all we had a wonderful week and certainly worth repeating! Tip take a pair of binoculars. The apartment is completely new and modern and fully equipped. The terrace is located directly on the jetty and from there you have direct access to Lake Iseo, the view is also very impressive. The only downside is that there are only three apartments off and worked on a number is, so you can do so from the building and construction workers on site. After months closed at home in Milan in working with a view of the Esselunga car park, we had "granted" a week of work with a lake view .... It was a week of work with a view ... When we reported this to the agency (at the delivery of the keys) they simply told us that they were not aware of the works ... We are speechless, bad experience and that we hope to forget as soon as possible!

After a very long tiring 24 hour's travel from Croatia via ferry, train, rental car and a huge traffic jam we were met by host, much later than we expected. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the location right on the lake is perfect. However because of language barrier ( host had minimal English and we have almost no Italian ) we could just fix a meeting time, but not explain that we needed to stock up with food. There was nothing in the fridge except water and all shops in the little town were closed. We did have dinner at a local restaurant. Host very friendly and welcoming the only problem was communication because of language.

The neighbor also rents a number of apartments and he has sun loungers and chairs on the main terrace which we can not use. He called to our owner to arrange for him to bring sun loungers. There were two of which one piece. And we were there with his three. Very thoughtful. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance. You look out on the lake, you can not look more beautiful than you do.

Two weeks may enjoy a beautiful part of Italy. The cottage is really ideal to the water. The scaffolding makes it possible to go swimming, boating or fishing. The cottage is equipped with all the conveniences that make a vacation truly a vacation. The air conditioning worked super well and with 40 degrees outside. The wifi had nearly the speed we are used to at home. For the kids (12 and 16) the location of the cottage was ideal. Peers enough, especially at the camp which is within walking distance. As a cycling enthusiast, there is plenty of cycling. The climb to Zone is so beautiful which we picked cycle several times. There is still much beauty to discover we certainly hope to come back again. And preferably again in the same house.

Super location !! Directly on the beautiful Lake Iseo. The house was super clean and fully equipped. Also private parking for the car, safely behind an automatic gate to open. The area is also lovely. Also nice (10 minutes walking distance station) to visit Lake Iseo, train towns or ff visit. Brescia and / or Milan Nice restaurants within walking distance, also right on the water. The Spar is 300 meters away from the house. In other words you have to take it home. Basically no shopping The house would get a 10, if a boat was also available. If only a rowing boat. But yeah .... you can not have everything right .....-)? In order to appoint hiccups the WiFi was not very stable and the BBQ was not clean. All in all we had a wonderful week and certainly worth repeating! Tip take a pair of binoculars. The village is small but cozy and has several restaurants and a supermarket. The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do. The only downside is that there are only three apartments off and worked on a number is, so you can do so from the building and construction workers on site. Everything was fantastic. Very nice and modern apartment, good air conditioning, right on the beautiful lake, private parking for cars behind an automatic gate etc. The village of Marone is cozy, small and not very busy. Yet there is plenty of opportunity to eat out or have a drink.

After a very long tiring 24 hour's travel from Croatia via ferry, train, rental car and a huge traffic jam we were met by host, much later than we expected. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the location right on the lake is perfect. However because of language barrier ( host had minimal English and we have almost no Italian ) we could just fix a meeting time, but not explain that we needed to stock up with food. There was nothing in the fridge except water and all shops in the little town were closed. We did have dinner at a local restaurant. Host very friendly and welcoming the only problem was communication because of language.

Unfortunately, our experience was marked by the fact that they were doing renovations on the outside with lots of scaffolding and masons who worked all day in front of our windows, effectively obscuring the view of the lake. After months closed at home in Milan in working with a view of the Esselunga car park, we had "granted" a week of work with a lake view .... It was a week of work with a view ... When we reported this to the agency (at the delivery of the keys) they simply told us that they were not aware of the works ... We are speechless, bad experience and that we hope to forget as soon as possible!

Location is perfect with a breathtaking view. Located within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. There is also good parking. Apartment is fairly modern furnished. Washing machine works fine. Bathroom is dated but clean. Crockery and floor of the apartment was not clean.
