Villa Florida consists of 2 identically furnished flats upstairs App. Pelikan and downstairs App. with small living room, kitchenette, bedroom, WC, shower and 2 flats each have SAT-TV. There is a garden barbecue in the cellar and a cot is available. Parking space directly in front of the house in the fenced property. Pets are not allowed Unglaub rents out private holiday houses and flats on Lago d'Iseo, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Quiet and secluded from the main road, above the lake in a vineyard, you have a fabulous view of the lake and the mountains. We rent our houses from Easter to October. There are no seasonal prices with us. In the main season (May-September) bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. There is a wild beach just below the houses (5 min. walk) or one of the many bathing establishments on the lake. A signposted and cycle path leads directly past our property. (Antica strada Valeriana).For shopping there are 2 grocery shops in the village, 5 min. walk away. Location and surroundings of object
Our estate is about 20 meters above the lake, quiet and secluded from the main road, in a vineyard. On the large terrace you have a wonderful view of the lake and in the mountains. The property is fenced and there are parking facilities on the premises. Pilzone is located about 3 km north of the main town located on Lake Iseo. The small town, with the growing out of the roof of the church tower fig tree has a bakery and a supermarket as a consumer. Four local and some bars can be reached on foot from the house well. From our property to the lake is about 400m.

SUPER all round!
I stayed in this flat for the first time this year with my girlfriend and I must say that I was absolutely satisfied! The whole ambience is beautiful, the flat well equipped and clean! If we had any questions about the area, etc., Mr Unglaub was there to help us in word and deed. The flat is located in a quiet vine and olive hill, from where you can enjoy a unique view over the whole lake.
I recommend taking bicycles so that you don't have to rely on a car, as the neighbouring villages are about 30-45 minutes' walk away.
Whether for hiking, cycling or enjoying the sun and the lake, the holiday flat and the entire area are very suitable. Especially if you want to spend your holidays in a non-touristy Italy, you are in good hands here.
I will definitely stay in this flat again and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Fantastic view and lots of space around the house
Really nice location, and if you are good on foot, you can explore everything without a car. 5 min. to the village with shop. 1 hour walk on a shady path to the jetty to Monte Isola. Plenty of space, also on the large terrace above.
Small limitations: Not everything is brand new, and if you like it really clean, you have to sweep it yourself
We will gladly come back and can recommend both floors together for families!
