The house with lake view, has a large covered terrace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, a separate toilet, new fitted kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker and toaster, large living room with dining table and couch, satellite TV, outside large table, 4 sun loungers, barbecue and garden shower. A cot is available. Unglaub rents out private holiday homes and flats on Lago d'Iseo, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Quiet and secluded from the main road, above the lake in a vineyard, you have a fabulous view of the lake and the mountains. We rent our houses from Easter to October. There are no seasonal prices with us. In the main season (May-September) bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. There is a wild beach just below the houses (5 min. walk) or one of the many bathing establishments on the lake. A signposted and cycle path leads directly past our property. (Antica strada Valeriana).For shopping there are 2 grocery shops in the village, 5 min. walk away. Supermarkets and other shops can be found in Iseo (5 km).Should we have aroused your interest, we are also at your disposal by telephone.

Location and surroundings of object

Pilzone is located about 3 km north of the main town located on Lake Iseo. The small town, with the growing out of the roof of the church tower fig tree has a bakery and a supermarket as a consumer. Four local and some bars can be reached on foot from the house well. From our property to the lake is about 400 m.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
