These escrow accounts are subject to inspection by the state (Department of Business and Professional Regulation or DBPR for short). In order for the state to give permission to even keep such accounts, you need certain licenses (exams must be taken, fingerprints are taken, criminal history is investigated, etc.). We have ALL the necessary licences and of course we keep the prescribed trust accounts.***

Our family business has been operating locally in Cape Coral since 2002. We are market leaders in terms of occupancy (80% average) and repeat guests / referrals (over 70%) due to our extreme guest orientation. The high integrity and professionalism of our company are our best-known trademarks - among other things, they can be read in the over 1,000 genuine feedbacks from our guests on our websites.

Electricity is always included at $100 per week, which will be sufficient. So no additional payments are to be expected at the end.

We do NOT take a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust ... and avoid trouble for the guests after the holiday).

ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So you have to deal only and exclusively with us and not with the already "self-willed" owner or any property management, which is not allowed to decide anything.

We have been on site since 2002 and are known as extremely guest-friendly with over 70% regular guests.
