Our experience at Belvilla was generally very pleasant. The apartment was clean and spacious, with enough room for everyone. Although the furniture was simple, it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a nice addition, and we spent a few afternoons relaxing by the pool. The area is quiet, which we appreciated, but still close to nice dining options like L'Oca Bruciata, just a short walk away. A good choice if you are looking for a practical base to explore the region.

On arrival we arrived later than the time when you can pick up (15:00 to 18:00 pm) key. Along the way, we called and we would not be on time. That was not a problem. At half past 10 "in the evening we arrived and were able to pick up the key. Apartment was quite dated. Beds and mattresses are particularly bad. Whatever it was made up for the beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment. Area is very nice and a excellent starting point for walks and excursions to various bijzienswaardigheden and towns in the area.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Olivia was very pleasant! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped for our family of five. We particularly enjoyed the small terrace in front of the house where we sipped wine while admiring the beautiful views of Paciano. It is an excellent base for exploring Umbria, with Perugia just a few minutes' drive away. The welcome gift from the owner was a lovely touch that made us feel at home.

The contact with the host was excellent and smooth. We were warmly welcomed by Caterina, who showed us the accommodation. Everything was impeccable, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet environment. The entire apartment has blinds and mosquito nets.
