Location and surroundings of object

The Castelli e Primavera estate is located at the end of a winding gravel road in an absolutely quiet, secluded location. It nestles against a hillside and faces west – breathtaking sunsets are guaranteed. On the 5.5-hectare property there are approx. 200 olive trees from which we produce our own olive oil using traditional manual methods. Our guests are free to move about the entire grounds. It is sometimes a bit steep, but under the olive trees scattered across our land, there is always a level, shady spot or a bench to rest and enjoy the wide view.

In the surroundings of Castelli e Primavera there is much to discover. In addition to well-known cities such as Perugia, Montepulciano or Assisi, there are also small gems like Panicale, Paciano or Citta della Pieve. We are located close to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, which, with its towns Castiglione del Lago or Passignano, invites you to take excursions.

Here you fall asleep in the evening to the chirping of crickets and wake up in the morning to the song of birds. Pure nature!
