We had a lovely stay at Belvilla by OYO Due Laghi, The place was super clean and had everything we needed, I really loved the kitchen—made cooking dinner for my family a breeze, Plus, being able to bring our dog was a huge win! The location was great, too, with nice walks in the woods just a short stroll away, We did a little grocery run to the nearby supermarket, which was super convenient, If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of rustic charm, I’d definitely recommend this spot!

This place is a hidden gem! The rustic charm of the farmhouse combined with the serene surroundings made for a perfect retreat, We enjoyed morning walks in the forest and evenings by the pool, The proximity to Lake Trasimeno was a pleasant surprise, and we had a wonderful time exploring local dining options like L'Oca Bruciata, which is just a stone's throw away, Highly recommend it for families!

Very pleasant stay with a great view over the valley and the lake. Both during the day and in the evenings. We were the first to start the summer season. A few small things were immediately replaced (coffee machine and TV that wouldn't start after winter break). Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do at a short distance (Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, little islands of the lake, ...). The cottage was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom are simple but clean.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this farmhouse. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the decor was charming. Although we didn't go out much, we found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. The only downside was the distance to public transportation, but if you have a car, it's not a big problem.

Beautiful view of the hilly landscape, horses, and a swimming pool. Overall, the accommodation was quite spacious, and the divine peace was a great advantage. The outdoor seating was also pleasant, and we also used the grill.

Good accommodation, but the interior is a little dated, especially the shower was just trying vwb hot water (boiler to hit in a while). location is wonderful, on a lovely hill (what little can be a challenge to get there, about 2km unpaved and sometimes very steep road) .His nothing further came too short, it was quiet (one other cottage was occupied) which The pool was always quiet. additionally there is in the area (up to 1 hour drive). enough to do (sienna, paciano, Lago Trasimeno). Only drawback we encountered was that the owners do not speak English and three words in German which made communication very difficult.

We had to pick up the keys to the owners before we went to the house, the car and boarded the owner chased away ... dirt track upwards and with children in the car is already quite an adventure. There we saw the lovely cottage with beautiful pool and stunning views, we were just getting acquainted and friendly but enjoy the silence around you. We had the really giant ...

House is wonderful, almost on top of a hill in nature. Please realize that you can get only through a steep and unpaved path of a kilometer or two. Hemelsbreed few hundred meters from the village, but you do ten minutes. Gave us some feeling isolated sit. You have to love. In total there are five apartments in the agriturismo. Superb views, great pool. House is very spacious, but somewhat impractical with small kitchen and shower with low water pressure. Living rooms and bedrooms very spacious. Beautiful medieval villages in the immediate vicinity (Paciano, Panicale, Citta della Pieve, Castiglione el Lago). Slightly further afield are Orvieto and Perugia very worthwhile. Sienna is also doing very well. Nice holiday had here.

We have a lovely week in geahd Due Laghi. From Paciano you do need to find the owner. From Paciano you have 2.5 km of gravel and sometimes steep road (not required though ;-) 4x4 driving and two fences to get there, but then you are really in a beautiful location! Lovely pool, big house, private football field, horses and a great view over the valley. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Excellent base for exploring Umbria. (+ Sienna)

It was our first family trip with the dog, and it couldn't have gone better! The farm was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the peaceful environment and the proximity to Lake Trasimeno for lovely walks. The owner left us a nice welcome gift, which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely consider coming back!

What a charming little farm! The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a family getaway. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the terrace and ending our days with a swim in the shared pool. The kids had a blast exploring the nearby woods. We also found excellent dining options just a few minutes' drive away - I highly recommend L'Oca Bruciata for a cozy dinner!

What a delightful experience! The outdoor space with the terrace was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The shared pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax. The surrounding nature was peaceful, and we even took a short trip to visit nearby attractions like the Perugia Cathedral. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Hemelsbreed few hundred meters from the village, but you do ten minutes. Gave us some feeling isolated sit. You have to love. In total there are five apartments in the agriturismo. Superb views, great pool. House is very spacious, but somewhat impractical with small kitchen and shower with low water pressure. Living rooms and bedrooms very spacious. Beautiful medieval villages in the immediate vicinity (Paciano, Panicale, Citta della Pieve, Castiglione el Lago). Slightly further afield are Orvieto and Perugia very worthwhile. Sienna is also doing very well. Nice holiday had here.
