Lovely spacious house with private pool, jacuzzi and good wifi. Just enough remote for the rest but still within 15 minutes drive for some restaurants and groceries, Swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds but also a nice seat under the canopy so something for everyone. House is easily accessible. Furthermore, good beds and a neat (and clean) bathroom.

The arrival was fine and the accommodation also looked after a few minor beauty and maintenance flaws such as wobbly taps. The area is great both in terms of nature and in beautiful historic villages and towns.

Anyone looking for peace and do not like crowds feels at home here. House is on a steep hill with beautiful views of the surroundings. In the village itself is not much to do and the short nearest large supermarket is still about 20 minutes away. This also applies to small restaurants and the like

We have 8 friends had a week's holiday in this Villa.Bij arrival we were immediately the key to the house and were explained some things in and around the house. This person could unfortunately only Italian, so further information was our half / do not understand. There was a piece of paper in the house with all the information about the cottage, excursions, restaurants, taxi 's and telephone number of the owner of the house for any ask.We were directly the first day contact with the owner due to a number of questions. some kitchen cupboards for example, were not quite clean, for example, we also wanted regular coffee cups instead of espresso cups. on eg these simple messages he has taken immediate action and arrived the next day at the villa has several things owner to lossen.De on week two once the pool schoongemaakt.Het house looked good and was well equipped with utensils, beds, furniture and (luxury) accessories. outside the garden was very neat, just like the patio and various lounge sets.We two outings done this week (Valtopina and Assisi) and the rest we have good gerelaxed at the villa. There is a supermarket in the local village Valtopi

We appreciated the proximity to local shops and the bar in Valtopina. It was convenient for picking up essentials.
