The villa is wonderful with well planned outside space and a fantastic pool. The balcony area was a particular favourite with us. The house indoors was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real plus with this summer‘s heatwave but actually the villa is high enough to get cooler breezes as well as lovely views. Monica and her team were helpful but wonderfully unobtrusive. If I were to make a suggestion for minor improvements I would suggest the inclusion of a kettle in the kitchen for those of us who are tea drinkers and a knife sharpener would have been useful. But these are minor things! All round a superb location and Villa. We would definitely book it again.

I would recommend everyone to stay here. Everywhere clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. The view from the terrace is also nice, perfect for morning coffee!

Staying at Villa San Donato was a delight, The interior was beautifully decorated, and we loved spending our evenings on the terrace with wine and good company, The nearby attractions, especially Gubbio, allowed for memorable excursions.

Overall, a pleasant experience, the villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a bit far from the main attractions, but the quiet neighborhood made up for it. We particularly appreciated the proximity to nice restaurants, such as La Cantina di Pacella.

We had a fantastic family getaway at Belvilla by OYO Villa San Donato! The spaciousness of the villa was perfect for our group of nine, and the private pool was a hit with the kids. We often enjoyed barbecues in the beautiful garden while admiring the stunning views of the olive grove. The location was also ideal, just a few minutes' drive from local restaurants and the picturesque town of Umbertide. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in the countryside!

The covered terraces were on two sides of the house, so you always found a spot out of the wind. Many compliments to the hostess who helped us everywhere (they even brought us a pasta machine!). The pizza oven was also fun to try. No houses are within earshot, so you do not have to worry that bothers other people. The pool is nice and big. All in all a wonderful family vacation. Hopefully we can return one day.
