This holiday home exceeded our expectations in many ways, The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and the private garden offered a peaceful retreat, We were able to bring our dog, which was a big plus! The beds were comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen, Perfect for a relaxing family vacation

Accommodation was great! Nice spacious house with wonderful swimming pool. Nice Italian who tried to explain something to us but unfortunately does not speak a word of English, so put a point of attention or A4 in English. Plus a sign for the road where the bellevila is because the last road is hard to find

The villa is beautifully situated in a rural area. Nice environment with villages and the beautiful town of Penne. The beautiful Gran Sasso mountain range is one and a half hours away. Accomodation not very luxurious (except pool and BBQ lounge) but otherwise good facilities, enough room for 6-7 people. Downside is the presence of insects (especially mosquitoes and wasps) which is very natural in a rural environment and the absence of air conditioning (there were fans in the house). Any problems / defects were quickly resolved after notification, friendly administrators.Wel recommended for a family vacation!
