This fantastic villa is located in the picturesque village of Razanac. Conveniently located only 400m from the charming pebble beach, your holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people. At the same distance you can find a grocery store and a traditional Dalmatian inn with local cousine. The house has a spacious living room / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 cozy rooms, a modern bathroom with additional toilet and a nice covered terrace. There is also a lovely guest house with a second living room with modern kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.
You can enjoy the outdoor area with its wonderful 55m2 private swimming pool, spacious sun terrace well equipped with garden furniture and of course barbecue facilities. We also have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with open fireplace and charming covered terrace. In a 1 km radius, you can choose between sandy, stone or pebbly beaches. Charming mix of sea, mountains and typical Mediterranean atmosphere in a small Dalmatian village makes this villa a perfect place for a stress-free holiday. The old town of Zadar is only 20 km away, then the entrance to the most important climbing station in Croatia is the national park Paklenica. Proximity to the Velebit mountains with its parks, caves, trails and cycling routes makes this region attractive for those looking for an active holiday.
