Staying at this lovely holiday home was such a treat! The air conditioning worked wonders during the hot days, and we loved chilling by the pool with a drink in hand, The outdoor kitchen was super convenient for BBQ nights, We explored the nearby Paklenica National Park, which was just a short drive away, and it was breathtaking! The only thing I would say is the check-in time felt a bit late, but overall it was a fantastic spot for our family getaway, Definitely would come back!

We found the Lovely Holiday Home in Starigrad quite charming. It was well furnished and clean, with a nice garden for our children to play in. The location was good, as it was close to local dining options like Cafe Bar Moka and not too far from some beautiful beaches. It met our needs well, although I wished we had more time to explore the historical sites nearby.

We had a fantastic time at the Lovely Holiday Home in Starigrad! The private pool was a highlight for us, especially with the breathtaking sea view around it. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for barbecues, and we spent our evenings enjoying the warm breeze. The location is ideal - not far from the city center and the beach. We also explored Paklenica National Park, which was just a short drive away. Highly recommended for families or groups!

Just returned from a week-long stay, and I can't say enough good things! The views from the terrace were breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable. Our group loved the pool, and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for preparing meals together. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The Lovely Holiday Home in Starigrad was a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The spacious layout easily accommodated our two families, and we enjoyed our evenings by the private pool, overlooking the beautiful sea. The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic addition for our barbecues, and we often found ourselves relaxing in the sauna after a long day exploring the stunning Paklenica National Park nearby. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of relaxation and adventure!

What a beautiful place! The views from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking, and we found the house spacious and well-equipped. We were a group of friends, and the layout was ideal for our needs. The nearby attractions, especially the Stari Grad Museum, were fascinating, and we enjoyed a day at Beach Plantaža, which was just a short drive away. The hosts were also very hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, but with a caveat….The outdoor space of the house is fantastic! A lovely terrace with a (very cold) swimming pool. Beautiful view too. Fully equipped and it really feels like a luxury holiday here. Everything was super clean, we were warmly welcomed and there were even drinks in the fridge for us. But… The cottage itself is a bit special, the different areas (living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) are only connected from the outside with the kitchen and the 3rd bedroom. Also, the refrigerator is not in the kitchen, but in the living room. Not bad at all, but cumbersome and I certainly wouldn't sit there with very young children or people with walking difficulties. The stairs to the top are downright dangerous. There were also a lot of wasps. We were there for 5 nights, as a stopover. Although we had a great time, I thought that was enough.

Lovely house, a bit higher on the mountain. Nice view from the pool. Swimming pool is wonderful with children. Good reception and a few times a gift from the owner. Would definitely book this accommodation again. Good value for money. Worldly fridge and good beds. Everything is present in the house. Dishwasher and washing machine with cubes and washing agent. If you have any questions, you can call / text. It doesn't get any better than this.

The owner Marino greeted us with cheese and ham, the refrigerator was full of drinks. Several times during the stay he offered us wine from honey, olive oil. A super warm welcome. A pretty house with a magnificent infinity pool, Garden furniture, laundry room, sauna ...

The swimming pool and accompanying terrace are lovely. The house is super clean, the beds and showers are excellent and there is a spacious refrigerator with freezer. The welcome was super friendly with smooth explanations and a stocked refrigerator. We flew early and were able to get into the house earlier after emailing in advance. Messages are also responded to quickly during the stay and reports are handled quickly. The location of the house is fantastic: on a mountain near the beach and restaurants (rental car and fearless driver required), beautiful nature around the house and Plitvice and Krka waterfalls a 1.5 or 1 hour drive away. Overall a wonderful stay!
We missed an oven and an outdoor barbecue. The sauna stinks and is infrared, so it didn't add much in our opinion (we had beautiful weather). The layout of the house is incredibly inconvenient (refrigerator not in the kitchen, rooms can only be reached from outside, many stairs) and the stairs to the top are terrifying. It was just doable with our children aged 4 and 6, but I would really advise against the house for younger children or people with mobility problems.

Arrival was very well arranged. The owner met us at a restaurant and drove us to the house, because it was difficult to find because the address details do not send you to the correct location. TomTom, Waze and google maps do not have correct address information. Daughter speaks English.

We arrived early and were greeted by the owner Marino and his friend who kindly showed us around the Villa. The Villa was very clean and beautifully renovated. The infinity pool was amazing although a little cold when you first get in. It was a welcome relief in the heat of the day! There was a great pool room with sauna. The rooms in the main building were nice but small. Only the main bedrooms had air conditioning although the building generally stayed quite cool if all shutters were kept closed. The stairs were a little narrow and you really had to be careful using them. For this reason I would only advise older children stay in the rooms upstairs. Marino couldn’t be more obliging and provided so many little extras that made our star very comfortable (water, local wines and spirits, clean sheets & towels).

Absolutely upscale standard for Croatian standards. Despite hidden and abandoned location always felt well and safe. The environment is very barren and absolutely quiet. Optimal way to relax and unwind.From Starigrad, the road is paved 3 km uphill. Possible oncoming traffic can be well avoided.
