We just returned from a week in this beautiful vacation home and honestly, it was amazing! The kids had fun in the private pool and the garden was perfect for them to run around, I really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, we cooked several meals and had everything we needed, The location is quiet but close enough to local markets and attractions, Just a heads up, the WiFi didn't work, but we managed fine without it, Would definitely come back!

Negative: accommodation not cleaned before our arrival (we paid 130 euros for final cleaning!), house in extremely dirty condition, kitchen equipment (cutlery, colander, pan..) greasy and dirty, glasses in cupboard dirty (we had to wash everything before use), electricity network not in accordance with safety conditions, unsafe sockets, old sock from other tenants found behind a cupboard, thick layers of dust under the cupboards and seats (perhaps that was the cause of a lot of vermin in the house), old dog food under the oven, loose bags of rat poison in some bedrooms (legal?), lack of lighting (inside and outside), many broken loungers by the pool, only 2 parasols for 10 people, many broken stones around the pool, promised kitchen linen not present (there were 2 old dirty towels for 2 weeks!), we had to use toilet paper from the owner but that was never delivered, leak in bathroom upstairs (water comes through the ceiling onto the carpet downstairs), dirty BBQ (which we left clean and tidy).
Positive: nice big swimming pool that was cleaned and refilled twice. Good waste collection arrangements.
Our opinion: a holiday home that should be completely cleaned and thoroughly renovated. Now the stay is particularly unpleasant because of the particularly dirty dilapidated condition inside the building. It is particularly unsafe for children because of the rat poison and the unsafe sockets. The amount for the final cleaning is wrongly collected and we would like to have it refunded

Don't go here! The house is very outdated. The photos are 20 years old and nothing has been changed since then. It is dusty and very musty. The rooms are very dark, lighting doesn't work. Mold and leaks in the bathrooms and toilets. We left after two nights. Also very disappointed in the service of Belvilla. We indicated that the house was not to your liking and they would come up with a solution. After several inquiries, it never came. We ended up looking for a new place to stay ourselves. Sin!

It is a fortified farm. You enter a walled courtyard. The first impression was overwhelming. Impressive. But, unfortunately, it stopped again. The house was dark, mellow, bleak and not clean. Were we the first tenants of the season? Maybe. The decor also did not help. In the picture it looks kind of romantic but the reality was unfortunately different. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were outside. The pool itself is good but the rest around it, like tiles and garden, is on a Thorough renovation, and the décor / bathroom was very dated. We have been using Topic Travel's service for years, and we have never had any reason to complain but this house is Topic Travel unworthy.

Fantastic experience! The vintage decor and spacious layout made us feel at home. We were able to explore the local attractions with ease, but the highlight was definitely relaxing by the private pool.

Upon entering through the main gate, there was a beautiful building and a large courtyard for us. We were probably the first vacationers this year. The building was no longer illuminated. Throughout the building there was a very pervasive musty smell, and everywhere there was a lot of dust, even the bed linen. Luckily we had our own bedlinen meegebracht.Koelkast, fire, micro, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer were in a too small kitchen. To cook there was too little space. In the village there were two restaurants. s "afternoon they were open and one restaurant was" open evenings in weekend.Er was a large room built and this room had a large window. What you see is what you get. We had a wonderful 14 day holiday in the beautiful 700 year old castle. Everything is very liked and mistresses is a very welcoming woman you love to provide for any information. The photo 's exactly match the reality. A real must for a successful holiday home.

We have had a fantastic holiday in Lencloitre. The house was super. Very old, not modern, but if it belongs to a 18th century manor. The pool was great. Salt water, which was superb! Quiet area but everything needed close by. We as a family, grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren enjoyed!

We were already allowed to check in in the morning, this was a friendly gesture from the owner. The house is in a very quiet, beautiful area where you can walk among the fields and old houses. The village is just a few kilometers away and has a supermarket, a bakery and a few cafés. There was everything we needed. The house itself had a very large swimming pool that was nicely fenced with a fence, ideal to make it safe for the children. Water temperature was delicious. There were also good and plenty of loungers at the pool. The kitchen was small, but all appliances worked well and were present. Inside there is 1 large living space with seats and a TV. This has a large window, which makes it pleasantly light at all times. There are also two other living spaces, where there is little light. We have never been here, but these are actually superfluous spaces. Shower and WC "s were ok. The upstairs rooms were spacious and everything we needed was provided. Outside is a large space, ideal for the kids and cozy to sit outside in the shade of a tree in the middle of the center square. There were also plenty of umbrellas to provide shade and in the area we did a day trip to Poitiers and a nice lake.
