The property and its immediate surroundings immediately appealed. The wide open environment on one side of the house and still a lot of privacy through the trees and shrubs along the "platform" side. The way in which the station building was renovated while retaining all the original elements is clever. Swimming pool, trees, hammocks ... there was just everything. It remains, of course, a building of a good century old :) The drain of the shower was also on leave and needed some time to drain the water. But that was also the only downside for us.
