Absolutely stunning location! We spent our days cycling and exploring the nearby countryside, then relaxed by the pool in the afternoons, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, Would definitely come back!

Pros: house is located in a beautiful, quiet nature reserve. Beautiful swimming pool. More than enough dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans.
Negatives: Belvilla information is incorrect. This is not a house for six people. There are three double beds, two single beds and six bunk beds. The owner is still renovating the house. There is construction debris piled up next to the driveway to the house. In several places in the house, cover plates are missing on light switches and door fittings around door handles and keyholes. There are deep, worn ruts and potholes at the entrance to the driveway. You have to be careful not to damage your car every time you enter and exit. The Belgian owner was sorely missed. There was only telephone contact, which was often interrupted due to poor connection. There was no hot water on arrival. The second day I was confined to the house until half past three in the afternoon to wait for a plumber/electrician to repair the boiler. We knew that there was no WIFI. We had taken that into account. But 5G, 4G and 3G also rarely worked. The last four days of our stay (11 nights in total) the water pressure was so low that we could not shower and had to make do with bottled water from the supermarket for dinner. Flushing the toilet had to be done with pool water. We therefore did not dare to use the existing dishwasher and washing machine. TV didn't work. One of the two ovens did not work either. The other one turned off after ten minutes of being on at 180 degrees. This caused all electricity to stop for a while, but fortunately this problem was quickly resolved by converting the mains supply in the meter cupboard. All in all, not a holiday as we had imagined.

The property is well maintained and offers plenty of space for a family. Although the location is quiet, it is conveniently close to the city center for shopping. The hosts were friendly and responsive. A few additional amenities would improve the experience, but we had a nice time.

This vacation home was everything we expected. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings. The surrounding nature was peaceful and felt like a true getaway. I highly recommend it for families!

Due to having problems with the car on the way there, we arrived 2 days later. The manager of the house immediately suggested staying a bit longer since we were the last guests of the season, which was really sweet, and we took advantage of that. The house was fine, basic, but we didn't mind that; everything you needed was there, a beautiful pool that was cleaned weekly where we could find the necessary cooling because with 30+ degrees that was needed. There were also many places in the garden where you could sit in the shade. The only issue we encountered was that there was no trash can on the property, and the trash cans in the area required a card to use. ADVICE: make sure there is a trash can since this house is large enough to accommodate 2 big families on vacation.

Old, dated, poorly maintained! House is not detached! Very small lofty bedrooms. Outside dirty walls, also at the pool unlike the photos on the site. Dirty mattresses (urine stains, too dirty to handle). You can only use the toilet if you sit across it, was also leaking, so we in the building next door, at the request of the owner, had to use the toilet.Oprijpad almost impossible to get up by car, owner took immediate action on this, but this patch worked for 2 days.Terrace is half finished, with small children this is life-threatening Pros: great pool, nice large fridge / freezer, great BBQ.Price / quality is hard to find, the name villa is not worthy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the space of the house. It accommodated our group without feeling cramped. The living room was perfect for our game nights, and the kids loved the bunk beds. A few extra kitchen utensils would have been appreciated, but overall, very good.

What a great oasis! We had a wonderful time spending time by the pool and enjoying the peaceful garden. The hosts were very hospitable and made us feel at home. The kids loved the nearby tennis courts, and we enjoyed several meals at local restaurants. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi, but it encouraged us to disconnect and enjoy each other's company. We will definitely return!

The house was comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the many bedrooms that gave everyone their space. The outdoor terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and the view of the surrounding nature was a nice bonus. It’s a bit of a drive to reach the nearest attractions, but the tranquility of the area made it worth it. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I loved the peaceful vibes here! The views from the terrace are so aesthetic, and pets were welcome, which is a big plus. Just a few minutes' drive from cute shops, plus the pool is fantastic.
