Wellness vacation

We spent a very relaxing week on vacation at the Degenhardt family's house.
The house is not only very well equipped, but also beautifully decorated.
The beautiful garden and terrace also invite you to relax.
Therefore, our dog also felt very comfortable.
The communication with the Degenhardt family and the manager Mrs. Heigl was very friendly and uncomplicated.
The immediate surroundings offer opportunities for nice walks and hikes.
Excursion destinations can be reached quickly.
Therefore, I highly recommend the house.

Holiday with dog

We were on holiday in Zandt from 23.7. to 30.07. with our dog. The holiday home was very well equipped. The beds were perfect and the bathroom and kitchen were excellent. The small garden was the highlight for our dog in the early morning. He watched the squirrels....The area was very beautiful even if you always had to drive a little further. Not to forget the nice Mrs. Heigel who I unfortunately only got to know on the phone. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for accommodation with a dog. Recommendable holiday home to feel good

We spent a relaxing, beautiful holiday week in the holiday home. The accommodation was very clean and furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. We personally liked the garden with barbecue facilities very much. The terrace was often and gladly used during the holiday week.

Zandt is centrally located in the Bavarian Forest, beautiful towns, forests and lakes are in the surrounding area. You can find extensive information about them in the house

Superb and beautifully furnished holiday home.

For the children, it was a real challenge to find the right thing for the evening among all the DVDs, board games and books. Actually, we should have stayed three weeks longer to explore everything.
The next time we go on holiday to the Bavarian Forest, this house will be our first destination again.

Very Good

A very nice tastefully furnished house, with a beautiful garden. We had enough space with 5 adults and a toddler as well as 2 dogs, for whom everything was also on site.
The house and the landlords deserve the 5 stars I give them. Unfortunately, my husband's rating didn't work as he wanted because he didn't make sure that the 5 stars he deserved were marked. I would rent the holiday home again at any time.

"Welcome home"

it hits the nail on the head. We had a wonderful stay in a very clean and lovingly decorated holiday home, down to the smallest detail. Opening the door immediately brought the Wow effect. We didn't miss anything, everything was there. Even the gloomy weather couldn't spoil the mood, as we could make ourselves really comfortable, with a large selection of games, CDs, and DVDs available. Even for our son with limited mobility (in a wheelchair), this house was not a problem. There are many opportunities for hikes and also for excursions. The baker is only a few meters away, but unfortunately was closed due to vacation during our stay. But there are other options to get fresh bread. We would like to come back and can definitely recommend the house.

Top holiday

We felt completely at home in this clean and well-maintained holiday home. Everything is available and comfortably and tastefully furnished. The - fenced - garden is an oasis of well-being and super suitable if you have a dog with you. There is parking space for a car and you can quickly go shopping from there. The location - between Cham and Arber - invites you to many relaxing and interesting excursions. Everything is perfect and the accommodation is highly recommended.

Arrived and felt at home

We, 2 girls and 2 small dogs, wanted to go on vacation in our beautiful country again this year, and came across this little cottage in our search.
The price for 1 week in summer was absolutely reasonable.

What we experienced during booking, arrival, and departure was... ASTOUNDING!!!

I had frequent email contact with Jörg regarding general questions, and ALWAYS received a nice and friendly response within a few hours.
As for the arrival... The key was as discussed at the agreed place, and when we opened the door, just WOW. Super clean, bright, and very cozy furnished. Everything is... truly everything available... no matter what it is, dishes, cutlery, laundry detergent, fabric softener, kitchen spices! We have experienced very different holiday apartments or houses. The garden and grill invite you to barbecue even in the rain. The garden is completely fenced in the back, so you can cook and barbecue in peace without worrying that the furry friends will escape.
There is also an information folder in the house containing all shopping options, veterinarians, and hiking routes with Wi-Fi.

Hiking is also great, whether for long or short rounds 😊

Departure was also well organized with contactless key handover. We would be very happy to be guests of the Degenhardt family again soon!

So geht Urlaub!

Thanks to the lavish furnishings and exemplary cleanliness, we were immediately in vacation mode upon arrival. The beautiful terrace with a grill, the small but incredibly appealing garden practically invite you to relax. And that's exactly what we did all week in this oasis of well-being. The bakery and the local butcher are within walking distance, making breakfast in the greenery doubly enjoyable. We highly recommend everything about this place, WE will definitely not be there for the last time.

We were looking for: well-equipped holiday home with a securely fenced garden for dogs (including small dogs!). Walking and hiking trails from the doorstep.
This time, we did not prioritize restaurants, evening entertainment, etc.
This week was meant to be the first experience for our 7-month-old Bolonka to stay and sleep outside of its familiar environment - it worked out excellently!
Conclusion after this week: we found exactly what we were looking for. Overall, everything was very relaxing! ...probably coming back.

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, a delightful terrace with a small garden, a paradise for dogs. Well-located starting point for various activities. Small grocery store in the village, a hotel with beer garden and E-bike rental, bakery, butcher, and gas station. Beautiful regional hiking trails start or pass nearby. Parking directly in front of the house. Extensive current folder prepared by the landlord with recommended sights to visit in the house. We felt at home here.

On vacation and yet at home!

I had a wonderful holiday here. Despite the bad weather, thanks to the video library and the library, I felt great in the cottage! Everything was very clean and modern. My dog also really enjoyed it. The location is very quiet and by car, you can reach many great places. The tastefully and functionally furnished holiday home is very beautiful, very clean, and lacks nothing. We especially loved the fenced plot for our dogs. During the recent heat, it was pleasantly cool inside, and we greatly enjoyed the week. The village also has everything you need for daily life. Recommended for those who no longer need a hike as a challenge is the spa park in Bad Kötzting. The children can play and romp there all day and get tired, while seniors like us have the opportunity to simply enjoy. If possible, we would love to come back.

The house corresponds to the description. It is a small cozy house with a small, fenced garden. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking. We were greeted friendly.
