The property is extremely suitable for renting the entire building with two families (thus FCM.06A and FCM.06B) and spending the vacation together.

We are a family with two young children and enjoyed very much out 2 weeks stay in this house; it correlates perfectly ponds to the description, it is well equipped, and was extremely clean when we arrived. The garden is much bigger than on the photos, and since it is closed it safe for both children and car or bicycles.The environment is quiet, the house is close to the beach, and the next shops are 5 min by car.The contact person on the spot was very helpful and professional.

The apartment was generally fine. Very practical location and also quiet from the outside. However, there is a connecting door to the neighboring apartment in the children's room. In principle practical if you want to rent both houses with more people. The door is not insulated, however. In the second week we had neighbors who "partied" very loudly together in the evenings for a very long time (and probably occupied the apartment with more people than officially permitted), so that it was difficult for our children to fall asleep even at 11 in the evening. We complained to the neighbors after 4 days and they were quieter afterwards. But this could also be avoided if the door were properly insulated. Otherwise a very nice stay on the ile de Ré and we would recommend the apartment in principle.
