May 2004, class 2 étoiles par l'office du tourisme, peintures refaites, très propre et soignée, avec jardin clos et fleuri, entre merre mehr et forêt de pins, avec une grande pièce à vivre donnant sur une terrasse plein sud, située au bout d'une petite impasse. The single peuvent all à pied (ou en vélo) à la mer, (à 300m) sans souci, la maison étant située au bout d'une impasse dans un quarter tranquille avec peu de circulation. On peut aussi all à la mer à travers la forêt (début du chemin à 100m de la maison) (Des jeux, araignée, foot, Ping-pong etc.) à 250m. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème de sécurité. De très beaux jardins dans le voisinage. Notre jardin, c'est du sable, entouré de fleurs et d'arbustes. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis du fait des arbustes et d'un mur. La maison donne d'un coté sur ce jardin fermé, qui nous est propre, et de l'autre coté sur une cour. On peut garer la voiture dans cette cour ou dans le garage (qui est aussi inclus dans la location). Il y a dans le jardin privatif, aussi un abri avec des cordes à linge. La machine à laver est dans le garage, mitoyen à cet abri. House of 2004, the 2 stars of the very clean, reproduced paintings. With closed and flowering garden, between sea and pine forest, very well maintained. Terrace full south, located at the end of a small cul-de-sac. The children can go on foot (or by bicycle) to the sea (in 300m) which is unconcerned. The house is situated in a quiet area with little traffic. You can also go by the sea through the forest (beginning of the path 100m from the house) games, spider, football, table tennis, etc. 250m away in the forest. We've never had a security problem. Very nice gardens in the neighborhood. Our garden is sand surrounded with flowers and shrubs. The house has on one side this closed garden, on the other side a courtyard. You can park the car in this yard or in the garage (which is included in the rental). There is in the exclusive garden, also a protection with clotheslines. The washing machine is in the garage. All home and kitchen appliances are in good condition.
