This is a pretty 1-bedroom villa in Segonzac. It has a swimming pool and is perfect for a couple.
This little village is the centre of Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. With its many vineyards, it's is a great area for hiking. If you are interested in learning how Cognac is made then the 'Université des Eaux-de-Vie' is well worth a visit. Towns worth visiting in the area include Poitiers and the port city of La Rochelle. The holiday island of Île de Ré is also close by. There's a tennis court 2km away and you'll find a supermarket and restaurant 1km from here.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, a stone's throw from the town of Cognac, this residence is located in the middle of the vineyards in an incredibly peaceful setting. The cottage offers everything you need for 2 and is immaculate. The very sympathetic hostess and gentleman stay on the same site and provide you with a wealth of information about the region. This was a very successful holiday for us. We're going back.
