Destination was top, 500 meters from the Ardeche and very much to visit in a radius of 30 km. Cottage was top, everything is present and although they rent it for 3 years, the first year by Topic seems "brand new". Owner is very responsive and you can ask anything from him. Especially the dose market in Vallon Pont D 'Arcmet with live music in the town square is recommended Hint: restaurant in Les Vans, Likoké with star chef Piet Huysentruyt .. max.

Beautiful reception and everything was well explained (also with my lack of knowledge of the French language, was still appreciated by the owner and he adjusted well here). The house was also provided with a brochure with all necessary information (doctors - hospital - dentist - pharmacy) as well as the necessary recommendations from the area (restaurants - markets - outings) well described in the brochure and again explained in detail by the owner. The house itself lived up to all descriptions (and even beyond expectations) and looked like on the pictures.Not visible on the pictures but most windows (bedroom - living space) are equipped with electric shutters so that the hottest of the day the house, in combination with the air conditioning, can be kept cool. This location is also a good base for trips in the area. We have about max a 35 min displacement with the car to arrive on location.

Friendly welcome, with my poor French, the explanation is not always fully understood. Maybe make an info sheet with a clear overview to be able to review it later. Upon arrival, a further 300 € deposit was requested that had already been paid to Belvilla, you will get it back but unexpectedly starting your holiday with 300 € less cash is less fun. The house, swimming pool and the location are super! A lot to experience in a tourist environment and still be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Top location! Certainly for families with teenagers there is a lot to experience. Price - quality, you pay the luxury of a private swimming pool, air conditioning and the prime location. It is worth the money! The house was clean but for the price you paid for the cleaning it could be a little better I think. Dust nets in the corners and washing the sash once give a better impression. There are electric shutters, this may be mentioned, is certainly a plus. Also that the pool is not heated. For us it was great considering it was very hot. The kids from 6 and 8 years old had a great time! The beds were ok but I recommend the owner to invest in better pillows anyway! We found this the biggest downside. Our vacation was TOP! We still enjoy the beautiful memories!

During this period (end of May), lovely quiet surroundings with beautiful views of the Sampzon bastide. The pools gave a nice cooling during the heat. Nice interior, practical. Location is very convenient for trips to the beautiful Ardèche area especially Labaume !!

Beautiful bungalow, fully equipped. Small, enclosed park with six houses with enough privacy. Clean and care. Although it is your little mark in a very touristy area. Just before Ruoms is a large supermarket. Be sure to visit the medieval village of Labeaume. It has several restaurants where you can eat. We have tried several and Le Sablas has become our favorite, delicious pizzas, but other dishes are fine.

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped and clean. Wifi worked well too. Ideally located quiet yet all facilities at short distance. Small supermarket with bread at 650 meters and Ruoms and Vallon Pont d 'Arc a few minutes drive by car.

Holiday home in small bungalow park (6 houses). The house is clean, but the kitchen equipment is economically furnished. (For example, there were no beer glasses, only 2 mugs, all kinds of glasses but no decent wine glass). The bungalow is simply furnished with garden furniture (lounge set and garden table with 4 chairs). The Wifi is routinely routed. The TV has only a few French channels so you can not see a Dutch journal. In addition, 500 € deposit is excessive and not necessary. You are required as a traveler to travel with a large amount of cash. You will get the money back immediately upon departure. Another disadvantage you should not leave early in the park (only 7 o'clock), so you are almost obliged to do the return journey in two days. (Unless you leave a day earlier at 21:00, you'll drive the biggest part in the dark)
