Stay in this comfortable holiday home with private pool and a large covered terrace. The house is located on a large, fenced plot with palm trees and bamboo, just 500 m from the River Ardèche. There are five other identical villas on the property, each with its own fenced private pool.
5 km away, at the Pont d'Arc, a natural stone bridge over the river, you can rent a canoe and enjoy an unforgettable family day. Visit the impressive Grotte Chauvet and stroll 's through the picturesque streets of Vallon Pont d'Arc (5 km), or through the medieval villages of Balazuc or Banne. Nearby Sampzon offers a unique panorama of the winding river and is surrounded by several hiking trails.
Carefully decorated with cheerful colours and homemade paintings, these houses with swimming pool are arranged so that everyone can enjoy their privacy and the views.

Arrival was fine, we could even a little earlier in our house after we had contact with the owner.Accommodation was perfect, the only thing we missed was a kettle (small things) Environment down fine.

The holiday home is beautifully situated with a direct view of the Rocher de Sampzon. The house has sufficient privacy. Nice swimming pool. The holiday home is well equipped. Excellent reception and explanation on arrival. WiFi connection hardly works.

Very nice house, everything neatly cared for, sympathetic owner, and located in a very quiet location in a tourist area. Especially the latter is very pleasing to us, you walk down the mountain then you see the crowded campsites. But after visiting all tourist attractions and locations we were able to enjoy the nature and the swimming pool in peace and privacy. The location of the houses is closed with a gate with remote control. The houses are arranged so that you do not see the neighbors. You can close the pool for the youngest ones, for our kids aged 7 and 11 it was no problem. All tourist attractions are within 30-45 minutes drive. The sofa and chairs in the living room are of garden furniture quality, not suitable for a long sitting. Great beds, all electronics worked fine only a minus was the WIFI connection. The first days the signal was not sufficient, but this has been restored by the owner. But the speed remained minimal (2mbit down, 0.4 upload). Connecting the PlayStation was not an option, Netflix and YouTube also ran for no meter. We have had contact with the owner and eventually received a small unexpected compensation. A nice and sympathetic gesture! All in all a great holiday! We can recommend it to everyone!

We are very pleased with our stay at Villa Romarin! The villa is beautiful and clean. The owner is very friendly and welcoming! The (closed) private property is centrally located from where you can make beautiful trips. The pool is clean. The owner does not show during the holidays, but if you need him, he is easily accessible. The booking through Octopus Travel is really excellent. Very friendly and fast communication!

Blissful holiday week in the villa in Sampzon.Huisje is still fairly new, everything is there for 4 people. Neat kitchen and bathroom. Good beds. Good working air conditioning, was welcome as the temperatures outside were continuously around 40 degrees. Pleasant swimming pool. Only downside is the pool is only vacuumed on the changeover day. Continuous sun on the pool until 6 pm. Covered terrace means that you always have a shady spot.Mooi view of the mountain of Sampzon.Village Sampzon is not much, but many beautiful typical French villages in the omgeving.Ardèche beautiful region to discover. Hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity.

The villa is fully equipped, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a good fridge freezer and also a washing machine in a aprarte storage. The double bed has a good mattress. The garden furniture is in very good condition, 4 adjustable sunbeds. A table with four chairs under a canopy so you can sit in the shade.

Very nice holiday home with good beds. Very well equipped kitchen and delightful swimming pool. We had a beautiful view and an instant holiday feeling. The area is very touristy and you do well before 10 am to leave and be back in your house before 5 pm Only the wifi was very unstable and that was the only thing we had to adjust to. the rest it was a top holiday with very nice places in the neighborhood to visit

We come back for many years to the Ardeche and do not get bored with all the beauty it has to offer the region. Our holiday was a winner and that all started with the most friendly reception by the custodian. Everything else is there to make you feel at home. The property offers the necessary privacy and is very quiet while still everything in the vicinity will find in terms of shops and stuff. The only point of criticism, the bed is too small for our standards.
