We are an Italian couple who have been in love with the Ardèche for more than 30 years, and now we want to share this experience with you and help you discover the specialities and curiosities of the area.
Our gite is a beautiful stone house of 80 m2, with a typical Ardèche architecture, a mezzanine, two large terraces and a private swimming pool, in the middle of nature, not overlooked.
The house is located in a private, wooded plot of 6000 meters, in the commune of Labeaume, near Ruoms, Balazuc, Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The nearest river (with its beaches) is 5 minutes away (Labeaume village), for a quiet holiday in the middle of nature.

GITE DANILA § RENZO
GPS: 44 ° 27'48, 85''N 4 ° 17'26 57''E 1 km: Chapias, a pretty village of 25 habitants and a few hundred yards away, a tower surmounted by a statue of the Virgin that can be visited by climbing fifty steps. Was built in 1884 on the highest point of the town and overlooking twenty towers around.
4 km: Labeaume, picturesque village labelled "Village de Caractère" near the river, with its beaches of sand and pebbles. 142 dolmens have been listed by the association "Dolmen et Patrimoine" on the town. This is the highest density in Europe. Accompanied tour of dolmens

9 km: Joyeuse, medieval town located 180 meters above sea level. You can visit the Musée de la Châtaigneraie, a unique collection of tools and furniture related to the cultivation of chestnuts. On Wednesday morning there is the market where you can find local specialties. Do not miss the grocery store Bourron Couchus to the Place de la Gare with its delicatessen, foie gras, poultry and eggs, snails, goat cheese, honey and bee products, fruits and vegetables, chestnuts and derivatives, jams, wine. 15 km: Vallon Pont D'Arc and the gorges of Ardeche classified natural reserve in 1980. The canyon stretches about 35 km to Sant Martin and can be visited on foot tby taking the hiking trails or with canoe-kayak. Tourist office
