What a house so beautiful and soooooo clean and so big what we have enjoyed everything. And what a nice cozy welcome and what a nice surprise a delicious fruit bowl with lots of fruit and cold beers and a nice juice Leo put for us on the table. Indeed he comes every morning the plants the beautiful large swimming pool and jacuzi maintained but we found that just fine. So beautiful clean house with everything you wish for a fantastic holiday we had never had.We can not think of anything what was not or was not good at this house. So Leo thank you that we could rent your paradise for 2 weeks. We have nice trips cannes, Saint tropez, Italy and nice mountain villages and towns on the coast With the boat to the islands is also very nice.Friendly greetings Ed jolanda Julian joline Sylvian and Seth

We were kindly received by the owner who gives a detailed explanation about the house. The town itself is less pleasant, it is a somewhat larger city. Enough stores; bakery, supermarket etc. Large cities such as Cannes, Grasse, Monaco are easily accessible.

The house is perfectly located near Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grass and Nice airport. The house itself is very sheltered and quiet on a protected area. A spacious house and large garden with private swimming pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, table tennis table, wifi, TV with Dutch channels and even a small fitness room. Both garden and house very clean and well maintained. Supermarket 3 km away. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 6 children (11-17 years). Enough entertainment for everyone. A week full of luxury and relaxation.

Sind July this villa booked 2 weeks with our family 4 people. whose two daughters 13 and 17 years. On arrival the owner was waiting for us what all happened very pleasant. Upon arrival, he immediately explained the house / garden and various cases. We felt us at ease immediately. It is a villa with lots of space. Tip keep daytime anything close. There is no air conditioning. We got to our bedroom a fan. Maybe a ceiling fan in all the bedrooms have an idea. Aircon is really not necessary. Evening throw open doors or windows. However lights so mosquitoes naturally remain outside as much as possible. That there are lots of mosquitoes at this time of course is normal. You are especially at night pricked out. Good rub so. We had two really great weeks. A full house with all the trimmings. A beautiful well kept garden. Owner is +/- 7.00 water the garden every day and, if necessary, if necessary, maintain the pool. We have this total did not experience any discomfort. There was carried out a defect in our bedroom with the electricity and the owner has taken action immediately and always acted in concert with us. Problem was nicely solved. The villa is also nice and central. There is so much to visit in the area. A pa

The first impression of the house was perfect. A very cozy house. Very nice and well-kept garden! Perfect location! Garden was well maintained by the owner! Inside, the cozy residence decorated in a country style. Large driveway and enough room for 2 or 3 cars. Very quiet area. Nothing bothered by noise. The owner was friendly but very stressed. And sometimes unfriendly. Our arrival in the morning. Together with the owner, we explored the house. This got us to the last detail how everything works and where everything is. Also was immediately clear to us how much something would cost us if we would all make. That meant that we all our holidays still felt uneasy us to move both indoors and outdoors. There was a Jacuzzi for 5 people. But the owner we were there with a maximum of 3 people. Pity. We had two dogs at one labrador namely as one chihuahua. But the owner would be better not allow dogs. For he would have preferred that we bind them and walk with them. Then she ran off. They might rather not get on the grass. After we had gotten the tour we started breakfast. Unfortunately w

The pictures and description of the property do not reflect the reality! Whilst the outside of the property is pleasant enough, the inside is a let down, with virtually every available cupboard/wardrobe stuffed full of old, out of date things that no one would really ever need to use on a holiday. A skip and a trip to Ikea would be necessary to bring this property up to date. The kitchen has a good oven, hob and fridge but again, all of the cupboards were stuffed full of a mish mash of crockery and cutlery with some pieces dating back to the 1970's. The cupboards also smelt mouldy and we needed to wash all of the crockery, glasses and cutlery before we used them to get rid of the smell and sticky residues. There were very few glasses that even matched and the cutlery was cheap. The master bedroom was OK but had extremely limited wardrobe space due to the majority of it being used for the storage of the cushions for the upper terrace patio furniture and only 8 hangers were provided. The en suite has seen better days with a shower so small you couldn't move in it. One of the other double bedrooms had an extremely dated en-suite with no toilet! The toilet for that bedroom was in the hall with no wash basin! It also had only half a wardrobe for hanging clothes in as the other half was locked by the owner – no doubt for more storage! The other double bedroom was in a sort of annexe extension to the side of the house with access through the bathroom and a gym area that has been built onto the back of the house. This area was roofed with plastic and consequently was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Unfortunately we were plagued with mosquitoes so leaving open the windows was impossible. Added to this, there was no wardrobe for this bedroom. Due to the extreme temperatures - even when using a fan - my son and his girlfriend were forced to use the twin bedroom which is only really suitable for children. This has a very small shower which is too small for an adult to stand up in. The owner arrives very early every day to water the garden and leaves notes with instructions of what he expects from his customers. We felt this to be intrusive and unwarranted. The television which was advertised as having Dutch and International channels didn't work (due to a previous guest altering the satellite dish - but no attempt was made to put this right until the day of our departure. Before our holiday started I emailed Belvilla with requested departure times and was told between 10.00-11.00am. Despite this the owner arrived very early to begin preparing for his next customers and very rudely told us that if we didn't leave by 10.00am then we would have to pay extra. He then proceeded to enter the house and start to get things ready, even though we were still packing. All in all - a 2* villa at 5* prices.

A wonderful nice house with everything you expect from such a house in this price range. Every advantage has its disadvantage: the owner comes along every day early in order to include maken.De coast and beautiful cities are clean the pool on acceptable afstand.Met such a beautiful house, pool, whirlpool / jacuzzi etc have not actually so much need for something to go visit oidVan highly recommended.

villa perfectly consistent with the description and very well maintained We were well received by Leo, with some fruit and small beers! Swimming pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant The owner comes every morning very early for maintenance, it did not bother us

It is a very beautiful house in a beautiful garden with a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. Three points of attention: 1. The bedrooms are very warm and can hardly be aired "in the evening or" at night. 2. The owner comes by every morning to clean the pool and maintain the garden. He stayed longer and longer, we heard him clearly and he appeared to be looking inside. A serious attack on our privacy. 3. On the day of departure, the owner exerts pressure to free up rooms earlier because he has to / wants to start cleaning.

Great holiday home and flexible owner. Just get used to his daily visit in the early hours, but did not lead to nuisance. Any pressure on privacy. House is provided with all the necessities and everything was clean and fresh. The so-called fitness room is warm, warm weather, which can lead to heat overflow to other rooms in the house. We really enjoyed it and would certainly book it again. Fine!

The home is a fantastic property and fully meets expectations. The welcome and good care during our stay that we adopt again return to this house. Despite the wet start ended our week in this house with lovely weather and we were able to enjoy the facilities offered by the house. The Côte d 'Azur is naturally beautiful. Cannes, Nice and Monaco are doing well, and Grasse. Do not forget also the Gorges du Verdon not.

If you want a nice house yet is quiet and at the same near a big city (Cannes), you should be here. The house has everything to spend a carefree holiday. Beautiful pool, was plenty of lounge chairs with luxurious cushions, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen and place. You're so in Grasse and Cannes. Some beds are in need of an update, but otherwise the top. The owner lives nearby and is quite precise, but do not hamper holiday. Recommended!

After telephone notification, received by the owner, which explains everything neatly and accurately. The most beautiful (holiday) week ever. A beautiful villa with everything on it. The surroundings (by car) are nice to visit and cities like Cannes (at 15 minutes) etc. in the vicinity. Have been there often. Definitely recommended.
