This magnificent and large detached villa of 400 m² living space, very quiet, in the middle of its enclosed park of 3200 m² with palm, olive and lemon trees...enjoys a panoramic view over the rolling hills of the heights of Cannes. Very easy access by the expressway, 15 minutes from the centre of Cannes and beaches, close to shops, casino, golf, Nice airport 35 minutes, Palais des Festival, restaurants.
A large living room of about 70 m² open on a dining room of about 40 m², equipped with a fireplace and a bar area, will allow you to welcome from 2 to 20 guests + 2 children + 2/4 babies + option 4 additional persons. Top-of-the-range equipment: private Diffazur swimming pool 13m x 8.5 m with Jacuzzi, hydrotherapy shower, bathtubs, fitness room, billiards and table tennis, WIFI Internet access, TV with many channels in several languages: French, German and English, safe in the rooms, hair dryers. A well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room: American fridge with ice cubes, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, food processors, filter and espresso coffee makers, toaster, iron. A second summer kitchen next to the swimming pool has a barbecue, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge. A storeroom also includes another fridge with 3 drawer freezer, 2 washing machines.
It has a maximum of 9 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 shower rooms, 5 toilets, handicapped access. The number of rooms is adjustable according to the season (from October to the end of April) 7 rooms or 9 rooms. Indoor closed parking.
Reception by the owner, who does not live on site. You are the only tenant in the villa.
Renting from Saturday to Saturday mainly in summer, possible other days in low season. This rental is intended for families or friends wishing to spend a quiet holiday. We do not rent for parties or weekends, no possibility to play music outside or to make noise that could disturb the neighbours. Respect for the rental conditions, for ourselves and for the neighbours is required.
Cancellation Covid: we are very understanding about cancellations from foreign guests (refund) or payment on arrival.
Ask for a quote with a description of your group: list of people present with their names, surnames, age and profession.
