La Campanette is a Provençal style house of 135 m2 adjoining the Pitcholine of 85 m2, completely independent with each its own covered terrace separated by an oleander hedge with private access to the swimming pool of 60 m2 (4x15) located below.
Both benefit from an exceptional location in the private Domaine de Bramafam with full southern exposure and a dominant view of the village of Plascassier and the Alps of Haute Provence.
In the heart of nature, it is an exceptional place to meet with family, less than half an hour from Cannes and the Mediterranean. Event meetings are not accepted.
In high season (July and August), we prefer to rent the two houses to the same family or two families who know each other, with a maximum capacity of 12 people.
During the rest of the year, you can rent either the Campanette or the Pitcholine at a lower price by agreeing to share the large swimming pool, to which each house has its own access.
These two houses have been completely renovated and benefit from modern comforts with air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, which is very pleasant in times of heatwave.
Large parking area, sheltered grounds, good internet connection, Astra satellite TV reception, table tennis table, table football, golf, horse riding and tennis club nearby make it an ideal place to relax to the sound of cicadas.

Domaine de Bramafam is situated in the centre of a triangle formed by the towns of Grasse, Cannes and Antibes. It is a partly wooded hill 4 km from Valbonne, a charming little 17th century town.
Facing southwest, vines were still grown in the last century, but mainly roses and jasmine were destined for the perfumery of Grasse, the world capital of perfume.
Today, olive trees have replaced vines and flower crops. Located above the river "la Brague", this area is classified as "nature", with an area of about ten hectares, it has only 6 villas.
Situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps of Haute Provence, you can make beautiful excursions such as Gourdon, a small feudal village 800 metres above sea level, from where you can see the highest point of Corsica, Monte Cinto, on clear days in the morning.
