On arrival (scheduled from 16:00) we had to call the responsible person because he was not on the spot (+/- 10m have to wait and after such a long ride / fatigue). We were given a tour inside and outside and a brief info about The gate and the alarm. We were expecting at least one brochure or other document where the most important info arises because you can not just remember anything that is explained volatile. The villa was spacious, beautiful with a nice garden swimming pool / trampoline as described in The info of Belvilla We were with 4 couples and each found an adequate space to stay some independence, which was great. The villa and the garden seemed clean but if you looked a little better it was not that proper ... we Even have to wash a toilet door because there's dirt on it (I will not know about the nature of the dirt). The villa itself was a bit remote from any activity (groceries, etc.). You could with the heat (30 °) not even Quickly go to, for example, the bakery. The presence of a bike might be a plus.

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful location. With a number of families very nice private bedrooms spread over the house, so privacy. Lovely swimming pool with deep and shallow parts, so children can also play nicely. Enjoyed the stay! Unfortunately there were some minor defects on arrival, most were quickly resolved. Trampoline was wrecked and especially unsafe with a large tear of 1 m and after 1 week new cloth but that did not fit well. Tips for owner: - Replace kitchen utensils earlier, because there is no teacup without pieces off and most plates and bowls are damaged. Even pans that no longer have a Teflon layer. - Floor in pool house sagged in a few places - Some window shutters are rotting - In the bathroom in the master bedroom on the 1st floor, please hang curtains for a comfortable feeling, even if there is little insight into the dressing room on the 1st floor - extra closet space with rod for long dresses

Dear sir, madam, We have rented the villa in Mougins “chemin de jyloue 778”. Code: FR-00009-34 Unfortunately we have come upon not one, not two but several different unpleasantries. To begin: upon arrival we noticed a broken garden light in the back garden and at around 21:30u the automatic garden sprinkler systems turns on, causing a power short circuit We had to turn on the fuse box several times again to get the power up and running. Due to this hazard the power unit is not capable of delivering the required current to run all airco’s in the rooms at the same time. Different fuses jump out because of this al the time (which we need to turn un again every time). On day 3 we had a fuse jump which was responsible for the washing/dryer combo to malfunction and drainage stop. Because of this waste water rose up from the bathtub in the downstairs room causing frustration al around. Furthermore only 1 out of 5 of the porch lights are functional causing us to buy extra candles to sit outdoors during the evening and remain visible for one another. On top of this all there is no active security system or gate around our swimming pool which is hazardous for our young children (effectively this seems to be mandatory by French law for renting out houses). The culmination of our bad experiences came yesterday evening causing us to reach out to you with this mail. Yesterday we had an expensive private chef coming over to cook for a birthday celebration. During this evening the drainage of the wasmachine got flooded and caused a malfunction of the machine itself. Next to this the plumbing of the kitchen sink got stuck causing water to leak in the underneath cabinet and on the kitchen floor. We needed to halt our festivities and start to clean and dry up waste water in the kitchen before resuming our celebration. As you can see we are experiencing a far less then desirable holiday stay in this villa we rented via your services. Although we are accustomed to some degree of malfunctioning in rent villa’s this is way more than acceptable. The villa is advertised as beeing up to date for continu use with large group but as we are currently experiencing this feel Like false advertising to be honest. Therefore we would like to receive a substantial compensation on the total renting price for our troubles in order to make things right. We expect to receive feedback within 5 business days. Thanks.
