This 3-bedroom villa for 7 people in Vieussan, west of the Hérault, is perfect for families with children. Tucked away in the peace and quiet of a large wooded plot, it includes a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
Just 1 hour from the golden beaches of the Mediterranean, the village of Vieussan enjoys an exceptional climate. Built into a hillside, it overlooks the meandering Orb and is surrounded by roads offering panoramic views of the crests of the Caroux massif and the vineyards (from which an excellent AOC Saint Chinian wine is made).
The terrace and barbecue are perfect for evenings out. The garden furniture and sun loungers are ideal for lounging outside. There is a TV and CD player for films and music and a fireplace in cooler weather. There is a boules pitch and a table tennis table for leisure activities.
You'll be an hour's drive from Béziers or Narbonne, and golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the golf course 19 km away. Four magnificent villages such as Roquebrun and Olargues await you nearby. Restaurants await you 500m away and everyday essentials can be purchased 5 km away.

The environment is very nice and quiet, we enjoyed it. Both the pool and garden are very well laid out. Nothing is missing in the house, everything you need is there. The 2 grill corners are also well thought out. Anytime again we enjoyed it.

The house in Vieussan can accommodate 6 people and is very pleasant. Well cared for and everything has been thought of. The pool is big enough for 6 and has a beautiful view. You can have breakfast on the terrace, barbecue outside on the domain and have lunch at the large picnic table and enjoy the view. Please note: with BBQ it is best to ensure that the charcoal is shielded, because of the wind it can easily be spread in the bone-dry ground, fires are quickly made with the dry weather. Belvilla will have to find something about that. Furthermore, the area is really a gem! Thanks for the warm welcome and help, Marlene!

Price/quality ratio is somewhat lacking in this somewhat outdated villa. Good kitchen and good bathroom. Furthermore, old furniture, the fireplace stank and many small defects. However, the privacy is fantastic and so is the pool.

Kitchen (and also the rest of the house) very well equipped. Beautiful, large, clean swimming pool. Very pleasant covered terrace with petanque court. Near the river (walking path down next to the house to the bridge). Quiet area with fantastic view!! Lots of privacy. You have to look for a supermarket (there is a bakery in Mons and Roquebrun, a grocery store in Roquebrun, supermarkets are a bit longer drive). We had a nice time together with family.

Everything was very good. We were a little earlier and that was no problem. We are very satisfied with the house and the accommodation. Only the needles of the trees around the pool were disturbing. We have cleaned this up ourselves.

Had a wonderful holiday for the second year in a row. The villa is beautifully situated in nature, also a good base for beautiful trips. Who loves peace and nature; recommended!
