Stay and relax in this beautiful holiday home in Ceps (Roquebrun) which has a heatable swimming pool for taking a refreshing dip and a cosy terrace for enjoying wine and ambience. The home has 4-bedrooms which can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. This place is ideal for couples or family on a vacation.
The Roquebrun centre is 5 km away featuring nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets for your convenience. For golf lovers, the ground is 22 km away. The l'Orbe river is 400 m away from where you can bathe and spend some time. The Kayak is also 400 m away.
The interiors of the home are pleasing and attractive, highlighting the minute details of the home. The air-conditioned home will ensure that you feel cool and comfortable in the hot weather conditions. Beautiful location. From the terrace you have an endless view of the vineyards and the green mountains. Paradise for us!

The location is perfect for exploring the hinterland of Béziers and the surroundings of Roquebrun. The house is very quiet with a beautiful view over the Orb valley. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and leisure/pool (e.g. pool noodles and boules balls). Small drawbacks were the slow WiFi and the weak hot water pressure (probably due to the season). The support from the administration (via WhatsApp) was good: feedback always came very quickly. When arriving in the village, you should first orientate yourself left along the Orb - even if the navigation system wants to send you through the village.

Prachtige omgeving, mooi uitzicht van op het terras. Mooi, groot zwembad. Wandelingen en kanotochten in de buurt zijn een echte meerwaarde. Toffe vakantie achter de rug. Wel jammer van de badkamers. Schimmel in de douches en waterdruk was heel laag. 2 badkamers tegelijk gebruiken ging niet. Slechts een armzalig straaltje water.

Spacious, well laid out house, with a great view and handy outdoor kitchen. Practical things have clearly been thought about, such as the (pass-through) windows between the indoor kitchen and the outdoor kitchen/terrace, the many shaded areas and the separate guest house. Points that would benefit this house: maintenance here and there (very low water pressure in the shower, air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom works but becomes weak, lighting does not work everywhere outside), provide clearer information or possibly upgrade (WiFi is only at 1Mbps, only found French-speaking TV channels) and the cleaning could certainly be better (shower drains clogged by hair, ceiling and corners in the hall were clearly not "checked" for a long time). Not insurmountable things in itself, so price/quality could easily be improved. But definitely had a nice and fun holiday!

we enjoyed our holiday in Roquebrun.We were able to swim in the pool. we were unlucky that the boiler was broken, the contact with the contact person was great. There was always a direct response to our messages or phone calls. The boiler was also replaced by a new one that same week.

Villa Filome is a great location where the house is equipped with all facilities and you are also treated daily to a breathtaking view of the Orb valley. The pool is lovely, spacious and heated. The studio offers a great extra home if you go on holiday with an extra couple, or for example with your (in-law) parents like us. The appearance is luxurious and everything works. Highly recommended!

Great place, great location, great views, great pool. The best place to enjoy your vacation in Roquebrun. The area is fantastic : a lot of hiking, canoe in the river Orb, biking (a lot of great rides around). We enjoyed walking in the small village Ceps every evening, great atmosphere. The House is perfectly equipped, with toys for the pools, barbecue, a lot of chairs and tables. Intrent Wifi is quite slow, unfortunately.

Beautiful holiday home. Heated pool is very nice especially for the children. Nice outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen and beautiful unobstructed view over the hills / mountains and vineyards. A beautiful walking route (a round of a few hours) L-Ayrolle runs past the house. It is about 15 km to Gorges d'Heric also definitely a recommendation. Roquebrun is a nice town, the children can play by the water and in the village we went to the Mediterranean garden. Vival supermarket was close in Roquebrun when we there were.
