Surrounded by endless vineyards and mountains, this villa is in Berlou. It has a private swimming pool with a water alarm and sun loungers to have exotic fun. From the terrace there is a panoramic view of the rolling hills with cap ďAgde and Béziers on the horizon. It is ideal for a family vacation.
In the immediate vicinity, there are many picturesque villages, with weekly markets where the local farmers offer their fresh produce. You can explore the surroundings by bike or on foot. Also, it's an ideal area for wine tasting. Restaurants and supermarkets are at 10 km. The Roquebrun river is ideal for a pleasant day out.
Indoors, you have a bright open living space with a fully equipped, modern kitchen where you can practice your cooking skills. You can enjoy your meals in the lovely private landscaped garden. In the evenings, you can enjoy barbecuing to your heart's content. The sun loungers are waiting for you by the swimming pool to soak up the sun. Parking is available.

The house and surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The only thing that bothered us was the not very clean of the house with contents and the functioning of the wifi, as well as the additional payment for this.

We were guests in this holiday home for three weeks and found what the photos promised: A brilliant, sunny location with a fantastic view - and a house with lots of space and good facilities, everything as described!). Contact and handing over the keys were problem-free, but what really bothered us: we had to clean thoroughly again, remove leftover food from pots and cutlery and crockery, clear trashed drawers and compartments in the kitchen to have storage space ourselves, the mold corners in the shower cubicles remove and clean the refrigerator. The weekly pool maintenance was limited to adding chlorine tablets. No ph measurement! Also worth knowing: There are no mosquito nets, but a lot of mosquitos! All in all: a paradise that you first have to work out a little, but then don't want to leave!

We were very well received by the hostess Magalie. The house met our expectations and the view was formidable. We usually go on leave to rest and enjoy precious time together so WiFi was not a priority for us and worked well. Everything has been thought of and we cannot thank the hostess enough for the good care and even referral to a doctor after the kids are sick. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.

The arrival was rather complicated due to inconclusive communication. Upon arrival at the house (indicated by email as a key address), no one was found, nor a key found. It took us 3 hours to find the caretaker a few villages away and come back to the house with the key.

My first review apparently did not arrive, but nevertheless it is extra worthwhile to leave a review! We were the first to whom the house was rented. We had a fantastic stay. An amazing house that met all expectations. A pleasant welcome and flexible options around arrival and departure! A beautiful view, peace and beautiful surroundings! We hope to come back again

Beautiful environment! Outside the house, terrace and pool are fine. Within the house, however, the mice are the main inhabitants. Mouse droppings everywhere in the kitchen cupboards, under the counter and even on the lids of the pans, on the couch in the living room!! It could become a beautiful home after renovation and mouse extermination and especially cleaning, because this was not ok either. The shower enclosure with mold and shower door dirty. The house makes a messy impression, but especially not clean.
