Super cottage. We are already sold! This is now the second year that we spend our holidays here. Nothing to complain about. Enjoy the pool and the beautiful view over the vineyards. And this with 100% privacy. Since this year, the house is also equipped with air conditioning. Also a nice area to explore. Relaxed walk or town visit.

We had a fantastic week, location, view phenomenal, amenities, decor both inside and out. Everything is there for cooking outside. Swimming pool relief. Canoeing, hiking, Gorge d'Héric TOP TOP and TOP again. Would definitely go back there again if the house had air conditioning. I understand that they will install it next winter. Our rating is not fantastic purely due to the absence of air conditioning. Family Heijboer

Today we start our fifth day of leave. So far it has been fantastic. The house is in a great location (somewhat outdated) with a beautiful view. Only the road to it is a disaster. The last 300 hundred meters the road stops and turns into a forest road full of stones and boulders so that driving is really not fun. Also to leave the house by car is really not easy. But we overlook that. There is also no air conditioning and with temperatures around 35 degrees. And there is really nothing more to do inside. But we also include that. On to the next giant days.

Great house that has everything for a wonderful holiday: enough space inside, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Outside a beautiful view and a nice (heated) swimming pool and terrace with lots of sun and shade. Finally, the house is located in a beautiful area with beautiful villages where there is plenty to do. We would like to come back sometime.

A very nice house with everything you need is available. A very nice view on every place from the beautiful terrace. The pool is very nicely maintained the water was blissful. The rooms and the beds are pleasant and of good quality. The same with regard to the upper terrace, you can also enjoy the beautiful view, mountains and hills of vineyards where there are also tables and chairs on the upper terrace. Downstairs a nice walk-in shower and above a bath so plenty of choice to wash yourself. The house inside fantastic and cozy. Everything was neat when we arrived. Nice walk ditto for cycling. It is worth repeating the holiday was great, highly recommended! Peace, nature, walking and cycling, canoeing, and at 5 km the village of Roquebrun, very good restaurants, everything you can do there.

Cottage is located in a small, quiet village surrounded by beautiful nature. Just as can be seen in the photos, we had a beautiful view from our terrace. Priceless! Everything is provided in the house: bbq, many loungers, sitting areas ... We spent a few days at the pool but also made some trips If you want to lie down quietly by the river, you will find some sunbathing beaches at a walking distance of 10 minutes. We also did a walking tour in Colombières, a tough walk but recommended for people who regularly go out. We also visited Caracasonne but here we drove for a few hours because of the bergen.Kortom: had a very pleasant stay and a real paradise for those seeking tranquility and walkers!

Top location, equipped with every luxury, cozy interior, well-equipped kitchen, fresh bathrooms, large terrace with a beautiful view in an authentic French wine village. We could always enjoy a lovely swim in the pool after one of the activities nearby. Highly recommended for the sports enthusiasts is the Adrenaline kayak trip from Roquebrun or an evening with an electric trotinette driving through the vineyards with a snack with delicious local products. . Very nice was the morning hike Ceps- Vieussan (beautiful village against the mountain wall with no tourist tralala), another must is a hiking trip through the nearby gorge d'Heric (early in the morning you are almost alone, later in the day free busy) .Beautiful region for mountain biking from village to village.In the neighborhood you can eat simple but tasty food and in Ceps itself a wine tasting at the small family domain Vieux Chai is recommended.

The view, the tranquility, the privacy, and the pool are fantastic, a solid ten. The house itself is somewhat outdated, the beds are way too hard, the cushions have no filling left, a dishwasher that doesn't clean regardless of the program. Many things are not tidy, such as lights not secured to the ceiling, cobwebs that have been hanging for at least a year on the high ceilings. It seems that it hasn't been prepared for the season, and that's a shame. We have reported the cleaning and also about a shutter that did not go down, and the shutter was fixed; the rest should just be in order and not something we have to deal with during the vacation. In short, the house is fantastic for anyone who loves peace and beautiful views and does not attach value to a bit more luxury comfort.

Our stay was wonderful! The location is beautiful, very nice, and very quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The communication with the landlord was also excellent. However, upon arrival, we did notice the terrace. It seemed not to be swept and there was quite a bit of weeds growing between the tiles. The garden furniture was also dusty and showed some bird droppings, which made the first impression a bit less. We found this disappointing, as you expect the cottage to be fully ready upon arrival and this would have been a small effort to address. Furthermore, the fuse blew multiple times, even immediately upon arrival. After some investigation, it fortunately turned out to be due to a defective ceiling fan above. Once we turned it off, the problem was resolved. Lastly, the pool water seemed quite cool, despite the heating. Although it had been above 30 degrees outside for quite some time, it was always a shock to get in. Of course, this did get used to, but it felt like the temperature was just a bit too cool. I am not an expert, so I could be wrong, but it was a notable point. Despite these small points, we had a fantastic holiday overall and really enjoyed the peace and the surroundings!

Beautiful house in a very nice environment. Everything is there for a super holiday. Roquebrun has nice restaurants. No baker or butcher as mentioned, but a grocery store with the necessary foodstuffs. For large groceries you have to drive at least 30 minutes. The only downside are the very hard beds, very difficult for people with a delicate back.
