What a wonderful retreat! The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the pool was refreshing. The children had a great time in the garden while we relaxed. We took a day trip to the Sigean zoo, which was only a short drive away. The only downside was that we could have used a bit more kitchenware, but that did not detract from our overall enjoyment. This villa is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

A pleasant stay with friends! The villa offered plenty of space and a great atmosphere. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and took advantage of the nearby hiking trails in Montagne Noire. Definitely a recommendation for a group outing.

A nice place to relax! The location of the villa in Beaufort is perfect for exploring nearby villages like Olonzac and Minerve. We also enjoyed a day at the beach in Gruissan. The house itself was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A fantastic villa for a relaxing retreat! The private pool and garden were perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. We loved exploring the area, especially the charming village of Olonzac.

The villa was a great choice for our vacation, it was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The location was ideal for visits to local attractions like the magnificent Carcassonne and the picturesque Canal du Midi. We especially appreciated the outdoor terrace where we could eat together. Overall, a solid experience without major complaints.

Low-key possessed by the exterior, sun loungers by the pool = ultimate relaxation. The living room is super spacious and radiates a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, it’s only a short drive to Carcassonne. Seriously, this place is different for a retreat.

This villa has such a vibe! The private pool is a game changer, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking feel like a fun gathering. Close to cute villages, and the views are simply breathtaking. Highly recommended for cruising on the Canal du Midi, no joke.

The house was ok. The bedlinen not very comfortable, the topper was smaller than the bed. The kitchen knives were poor/not sharp enough. There were no instructions on how to use oven, microwave etc. Garden was a bit poor. Garden furniture partly damaged and broken and not cleaned. There were ants in the house. Maintenance man came in without prior notice.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Anne. The kitchen was well equiped and also the sanitary was really good. The private heated pool was really nice with a welcome patio cover. However, we did sleep well but the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced on short novice.

A beautiful spacious villa with every imaginable comfort. You can enjoy the sun and swimming pool in peace. We are also extremely pleased with the speed with which Belvilla came to our aid when we were unable to remove the pool cover due to a tension belt that was too tight.

Upon arrival we had to wait a little longer (less than 45 minutes), because the cleaning took longer. Accommodation is certainly in order and with a few (smaller) finishes can really become a dream home.

Villa Anne is a lovely, spacious house with a lovely garden where you can find sun and shade all day long. We had a great time last week! The only downside was that the dishwasher was broken on arrival and could not be fixed during our stay. Those things can happen, but it's a shame that the host, apart from apologies, did not take any action for compensation from Belvilla.

We had rented this house in July / August 2023 but were not satisfied at all, your site even gives completely wrong information. It is mentioned that there is a garage, but there is not. So it was always getting into a hot car. On the first floor there would be a bedroom and a bathroom, but it is a bedroom with shower, sink and toilet behind the wall without a door at 1 meter from the bed. This is quite disgusting, you are literally sitting there in the closet doing your thing, and the bedroom stinks. The washing machine is in one of the bedrooms. So in fact only the person lying in this bedroom can do the laundry. Other persons have no business in that bedroom, and that person can still be another person not doing laundry. By the way, a laundry room is not a bedroom. The photos of the sunbeds in the garden are outdated. There are some nice soft ones, but there was only one, and it was broken, there were only hard plastic beds available, of which 2 were broken and 2 were dirty. The house is not suitable for 8 people. The fridge is too small for that. How can you store food and cool drinks for 8 people in there. The stove has only 3 plates. How can you cook for 8 people on that. Due to the layout of the upstairs bedroom, the shower and toilet are only available to the people who sleep there. Therefore there is 1 shower and 1 toilet for 6 people. If you want to make a day trip, and leave early, the first person can get up very early, because there are still 5 in the queue to get ready. If you are traveling with 8 people, you can expect to travel with 2 cars, but there is only room for 1 car on the domain, the others can park on the street. The garden was unkempt. There were weeds everywhere, the bowling alley was overgrown. In the 'cosy' corner there was brol that could not be looked at. Flower pots were empty, with a withered twig in it or even with rubbish in it. The mattresses were irresponsibly outrageous. This one in the middle comb
