It says "air conditioning". We expected air conditioning in the bedroom but it was in the living room (= useless because you live "outside"). Moreover, he didn't cool, he just blew air. I also thought it was impossible that we had to pay extra for a parasol !!! You are in the south of France in full sun with children and there is no umbrella provided! Really exaggerated. 15 € to use a parasol for a week? !!

At the time of arrival the wifi did not work. This was quickly picked up by the manager and fixed. There was some overdue maintenance on the villa, but we did not experience any inconvenience.

What a pleasant holiday home with a beautiful distant view. During the autumn holidays we had a lovely swim and there was plenty of space for the children to play. The house is nice and spacious, plenty of cozy places to sit and quietly read your book while others play a game somewhere. We had a great time!

First the good points, the house has a fantastic location with a beautiful view over the vineyards, you can cool down in the large swimming pool. There is plenty to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we have less positive experiences with the house. Firstly, the house is full of cracks, because of this many tiles have sharp edges and you can easily open your feet (we speak from experience). During a heavy rain shower we had a leak in the kitchen, the water came through the roof/ceiling. The house would be suitable for 6 to 8 people, but all seats are designed for no more than 6 people, in addition, the kitchen and in particular the cooking options are insufficient for 6 people, the oven is far too small for 6 people, a single pizza will fit not in. We had seen a jacuzzi and playset in the photos when booking, but both were not present when we arrived! With dogs, please note that the garden is not closed. In short, the house needs the necessary TLC!! Most disturbingly, a number of defects were reported on arrival that were not fixed during our three week stay, a loose socket in the children's room is a serious safety risk, and not having a working smoke detector even life-threatening. Even more emphasized by the fire of the house across the street, which was completely destroyed during our stay.
