A dream house with 5 bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 people with a private swimming pool (non-heatable) surrounded by natural surroundings.
It has a large garden with 2.000m2 with beautiful fruit trees and a spacious lawn area for children to run and play in, large indoor and outdoor spaces, and a children's playhouse with toys.1 large master bedroom with double bed, television and bathtub with views, plus an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper attic with 1 trundle bed, this bedroom is a family type, being the perfect attic for children. 1 bedroom with two single beds.
2 bedrooms with a double bed in the basement.
There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay. In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden.
Villa has a private swimming pool (heatable with a surcharge to 25-26 degrees) which is fully protected with shutter doors, perfect for keeping children safe and ideal for use in summer and winter. It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
This house is ideal for large families or groups of people looking for luxury and total privacy.
Ingenio, is a very quiet village which helps you to disconnect and relax, but at the same time it is only a 30 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!

A lovely stay overall, The house was clean and had everything we needed, The host was very friendly and accommodating, The only downside was the lack of heating for the pool, but we still enjoyed it

We stayed here for a week, and it was perfect for our needs, The house is large and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, The location is quiet, which was great for unwinding after a day of exploring, The kids enjoyed the playhouse and the garden, and we felt safe with the pool being child-proof, Would definitely come back!

This villa has an incredible atmosphere! The private pool is a major asset, and the garden? Perfect for relaxing moments or Instagram picnics. Super spacious, with 5 spacious bedrooms, so perfect for a group weekend. Moreover, air conditioning is essential, and they did it well. No exaggeration, the bathtub with a view is a goal. The location is quite peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Maspalomas if you want to enjoy the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at Belvilla by OYO! The private pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved relaxing in the spacious garden. The house is beautifully maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom with the bathtub and the view was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend it for large families or groups.
