Situated in St Pere Pescador, this 3-bedroom holiday home features a private swimming pool and private garden and is ideal for a family of 5. It enjoys the proximity of the town centre and beach.
The sea with lovely beach is at 1km to enjoy the waters. For a quick dip the river is nearby at 1km. The town centre i sat 300m and has all facilities within reach. You can find the supermarket at 500m for shopping.
The home covers two floors with spacious interiors. There is central heating, modern kitchen, living-dining room and comfortable bedrooms for a pleasant stay. You can enjoy the fresh air during the evenings from the garden. Additional amenities include log cabin and garage.
Girona - Costa Brava Airport lies 45 km away and train station is at 20 km.

House was clean, everything present, clean pool ... Enough kitchen equipment available, from glasses to plates. Also the area is plenty to see ... 1 big disadvantage and that is the bed, that mattress really needs to be replaced urgently !! After 1 week my back is just broken!

Upon arrival (through travel agency) bottle of champagne and cookies received. Adequate explanation about everything there is to experience and also sufficient explanation what to do if we would have questions! The cottage fully met our expectations (what you see in the pictures is really what you get). Everything was neat, clean bathroom, nice pool that was several times during our holiday was maintained.This house has everything to offer Make your holiday an ideal location to make different trips (cadaques, Girona, local markets, kayaking, ... Roses, Empuriabrava certainly not to be missed as far as we are concerned.) If we can give any point for improvement anyway, there are a lot of stuff in the house of the owners (we suspect) Cabinets are pretty full so there is less storage space or you have to pay attention to where you store something -) Also known in the kitchen is also the case so that you really have everything you need (crockery, glasses, ... more than enough available) And furthermore the terrace is very pleasant to stay but in case of rain not sufficiently covered at the top, but these are only sea r small dots. And also, for those who go with the dogs, everything is completely closed so highly recommended (and the neighborhood is a very dog friendly neighborhood which is also nice)!

Beautiful house and lovely swimming pool. House is especially well equipped with crockery. Large fridge and freezer. Car can stand in the barn. There is a lot to do nearby and delicious restaurants in the village itself.
