This beautiful 4-bedroom villa rests in St Pere Pescador close to the Spanish Coast. The villa is perfect for a large family of 10 members or 2 smaller families staying together.
The holiday home is amidst apple and peach orchards, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sea and beach are within walking distance, at about 1 km. You can enjoy watching sunsets and sunbathing here. The lively town center at 1 km is great for an evening stroll. You can eat out at restaurants and buy groceries from supermarkets at 2 km.
The villa has a beautifully furnished garden to relax and linger after having a tiring day. You can enjoy barbecuing on the terrace until the late hours and savor it with wine. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook delicious meals. For children, you can get a cot and a high chair at local rates.

For people who love peace and nature, this property is a dream. A very spacious and authentic home, beautifully decorated and with a beautiful large swimming pool. The reality is even more beautiful than the photos. It is located half an hour's walk from the village and a kilometer-long beach and nestled among orchards. Rest assured! Your closest neighbor is 300 meters away and is then another popular and good restaurant too, so it was worse for you. Also praise for the people from the real estate office who guided us to the house and helped us extremely well after a problem with our car upon departure.

We were 9 men and 1 baby. All room, very nice house, spacious garden, pool big enough and tasty tempratuur! Company that the rented immediately arranged things if anything was needed! But only one refrigerator and six beds that we found little short. Also no air conditioning, so it can warm worden.Maar we had a top week so I recommend it!

The whole farm is wonderful, highly recommended we will repeat for sure. The only thing that I disliked was the refrigerator is small and refreshes little, I would recommend the owner a change for a bigger one. Everything else FANTASTIC
