Well maintained detached villa with an excellent interior. The house is located in the residential area of Aiguaviva Park near Lloret de Mar. The fully enclosed garden has lush vegetation of all kinds of trees, nice shrubs and cheerful, colorful plants. All this beauty also includes a lovely private swimming pool with outdoor shower. The ground floor consists of a living room with access to the pool terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is a living-dining room, an equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the terrace you have a view over the neighborhood and the hills.
Groups with young people are not accepted. Animals are allowed on request.
This villa is a perfect base for nice trips: for example the lively Lloret de Mar (8 km) with a lovely sandy beach, vibrant nightlife but also interesting cultural heritage. Or the cozy Tossa de Mar (18 km) with its winding streets and historic castle. Barcelona (81 km) certainly does not need any explanation and is actually a must during your holiday.

Photos on site are deceiving, certainly not a home with facilities for 11 pers. hobs in both kitchens cannot be used together due to power failure. No furniture in bedrooms. Lots of barking dogs in the area, BBQ also leaves much to be desired. Actually a house to never go back.

We have during our holiday in Spain booked this house. The information from Octopus Travel is incomplete. You should report it immediately to the key at a local agent. No address or phone number in the info.Het house is fantastic and has a great pool. However, no shade just a little umbrella. No mosquito nets and every night so mosquitoes hunt. No air conditioning so you have to keep the windows open, so mosquitoes. All night then continuous barking of the dogs of the neighbors. A house to remember.

That is of course a year ago, but we have good memories about it. A lovely house with a good pool. The house is off the tourist crowds but with 10 min. By car to the sea in Lloret de Mar. But you want to see something else than the sea, the interior also wonderful to verkennen.We were warmly received by the huiseigenaar.Een been nice vacation.
