Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the hills about 10km from the nearest coastal towns of the Costa Brava: Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, St. Feliu de Guixols. The beautiful city of Girona is about half an hour away - the Costa Brava airport is also at the same distance.
If you are planning a trip to Barcelona, you can easily reach this wonderful city by train along a very beautiful coastal route from Blanes or by means of a fast connection.

Im Falle eines solchen Rücktritts wird vom Vermieter eine Entschädigung geltend gemacht, und zwar wie folgt: Rücktritt bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn 30 % des Mietpreises Rücktritt 44 Tage bis 33 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises Rücktritt 32 Tage bis 22 Tage vor Mietbeginn 60 % des Mietpreises Rücktritt 21 Tage bis 12 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises Rücktritt 11 Tage vor Mietbeginn bis Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises Dem Mieter wird hiermit ausdrücklich der Nachweis gestattet, ein Schaden sei überhaupt nicht entstanden oder wesentlich niedriger als die Pauschale. Der Mieter hat das Recht, einen Ersatzmieter zu stellen, der die Wohnung in vollem Umfang übernimmt. Dafür kann eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50,00 EUR berechnet werden. Rücktrittsgebühren werden dann nicht erhoben.
