The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby.

The house is laid out entirely on one floor. The living-dining room features an attractive stone wall and is equipped with two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a second separate dining room with a large table for all guests, a sofa and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. The property has three bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and two with a double bed. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, accessible from the communal areas of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market. This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit. On the other hand, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and the fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. In the area, if you explore a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves.

Would tell anyone passing through Inca looking for a quiet spot to work and relax that this place does the job. The wifi worked well, making remote days easy. Air conditioning in both living areas kept things comfortable during warm afternoons. The fenced garden with sun loungers by the pool was where we spent breaks, with plenty of shade as well.

Had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful residence. Nice owners who do their best to keep the pool in tip-top condition. The accommodation and pool were top. Only minus point that 1 bedroom had no air conditioning, so it was really not doable to use that room with 38 degrees. So had to drag with mattresses. And maybe point of attention. The house is for 5 to 6 people, but the sunbeds and chairs on the terrace are for 4 people. We were 5 people so a lounger at the pool shortage. Otherwise really great. At 5 minutes 3 supermarkets that are open 7 days a week until 10 pm. Everything is available in the house.
