We just returned from a weekend at the vacation house and it was lovely! The place was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. I really enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, and the kids loved playing in the garden. The only downside was that the WiFi was only in the reception, but honestly, we didn't mind too much. It was nice to disconnect a bit, we would definitely return!

The description of this accommodation on the website is very misleading. Facilities are indicated that are not located in the park, which creates certain expectations that cannot be met. No swimming pool, no playground, no cottage with a view of the lake; they are not there at all. The interior of the cottages is dated compared to what is shown in the photos. Detached with fenced garden (ideal for the dog) became a cottage that is indeed detached but with a shared garden including residents with a dog as well (and our dog does not get along with other dogs). You then receive a roll fence of a few meters with the instruction to just place it down as a separation. Cottages are small, which is not too bad, but upstairs with 5 single beds, it gets very stuffy in warm weather, and ventilation is difficult with a wasp nest under the roof. Veder is the house located directly by the forest, which was nice; it was quiet and the park is centrally located for nice outings. We had very nice and kind neighbors who were there for us and helped. To the owner, there is no blame, but what is mentioned on the website and also on the booking confirmation is completely incorrect and misleading. We were with 2 teenagers and now had to drive 20 minutes to be by the water (luckily our neighbors gave this tip). So big minus points for Belvilla, let's see what will be done with my complaint.

Beautiful simple and quiet holiday park in a stunning environment! Everything we needed was present in our cottage 59. Only unfortunately bad beds. Good reception at the front desk. We had a nice week with warm weather! Beautiful walking here, can be done from the park. Visiting Passau at 30km distance is highly recommended. The swimming pool, super luxurious, Karoli is also very nice in Waldkirchen.

What a fantastic outing! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and we lounged in the sun for hours. The children had a great time with the playground equipment, and we appreciated the high chair for our baby. We will definitely consider coming back!

The section house was very popular with our children. The park looks a Tag expire and the pond is especially fun with a rubber boat or if you love fishing. In the village is a nice pool. Nearby you can enjoy horseback riding at a riding school and the kind Kletterwald (secured climbing and abseiling) in the village is really fun to do with children. The tourist office in the village is very helpful and thinks of everything for you. Many supermarkets in the buurt.Bij the restaurant at the pond we have an evening "traditionally eaten suckling pig" was fun!

The tourist office in the village is very helpful and thinks of everything for you.
