Other attractions nearby include pubs, horse riding, tennis, golf, and water sports.
The pet-friendly apartment welcomes furry companions for €5 per night. Amenities include a fishable pond, private terrace, shared garden with grill, bar, and a high chair for little ones. Parking and children's play equipment are also provided. Due to COVID-19, the sauna and pool are currently unavailable until at least September 2020.

We were there as a family. The holiday apartment was very spacious. Everything was very clean and exactly like in the pictures. The staff was also super friendly.

The apartment was spacious and cozy, there was plenty of room for four people and the furnishings of the apartment provided everything one needed. The view of the lake and mountains is great. We were warmly welcomed and the communication with the host was consistently positive. The house is somewhat older and rustic, which represents a typical charm of the area; everything is tidy, clean, and well-maintained. We received great excursion tips. At Izell and the Kesselalm, you can have fun in the snow, and in Ruhpolding itself, you will find many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a toboggan run, an adventure pool, and there is a Christmas market, as well as the highlight of skiing under floodlights in the dark. A bus runs on-site, and by car, you can reach many attractions such as gorges and caves, even in Austria; however, proper hiking is more recommended in the summer, as some gorges are closed in winter. Overall, a lovely stay!

We had a nice stay. Beautiful surroundings, lots to do. The apartment was spacious. Comfortable beds. It was a bit noisy, especially footstep sounds. New kitchen, complete. We only missed an oven. Nice showers and a lovely pool. Very friendly host who gave good tips about the area. The apartment was on the pricey side. But a great stay for 3 nights on our way. We could have also entertained ourselves longer in the beautiful surroundings.

The apartment in Ruhpolding was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The views of the mountains were breathtaking, and the comfortable rooms made us feel at home. We loved spending time by the pond and enjoying the nearby hiking trails. I highly recommend it!
