In the village of Ruhpolding, beautifully positioned in the middle of the spurs of the Alps, you will find this 1-bedroom apartment. Standing on the balcony, you can admire the lovely views of the countryside. It is an ideal stay for a small family or 3 persons.
Ruhpoldingoffers tourists a range of activities in every season. In summer you can enjoy golf, tennis, para-gliding, mountain biking, swimming, horse riding or cycling. And of course, there are endless walks through the fabulous mountain landscape around the village. During winter, you can head to Chiemgau ski area and cherish skiing or snowboarding. You will find restaurants at 100 m and supermarkets at 1 km. The town center at 1.5 km is great for an evening stroll.
The apartment has an open kitchen to make hearty meals on holiday. There is a private garden with lovely furnishings to have meals and enjoy outdoor living. Parking is available.

Owner was not present on arrival, but had ensured that we could move into our holiday home without any problems. A little later we were able to get to know us personally.

the apartment on the first verdiepingis very cozy and comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the apartment has a lovely balcony on the south-west also "still sun! Was the evening Internet without control with a cord and adapter that the main occupant was mobilized problems so we constantly use the Internet could make cost eur 10 so very reasonable. Also from the apartment you nice walk along the water or as the open. Benign main residents who live downstairs. We find ruhpolding indeed a very nice and very cozy village. to Alte Sage, a gastehaus on the road near the apartment, they serve delicious meals!

Very nice house with all mod cons. Also very fresh and clean. Only the view is very different than the photo suggests. It seems to be between the alpine meadows and panoramic views of the mountains outside a house but that is definitely not the case. There is eea center for the house where you face and in addition you can see a small piece of Rauschberg. But luckily we had great weather so we basically just sat with breakfast on the balcony and "evening, but unfortunately this was a bit of a letdown.

We have found a nice, cozy and clean apartment. Here, hospitality is very large. We had a great time and have felt completely at ease.

Stay in winter and family, "apartment is spacious and well equipped. The" reception is very friendly, available, the city of Ruhpolding dynamic with many restaurants and shops. Superb wave pool with 2 kms, nature is beautiful.
