The cottage was okay, after a few days you are used to the green bathroom. Very old-fashioned furnishings and dirty crockery in the cupboards. There is not much to do in the area, except for a few nice restaurants. Fortunately, there was a large playground in the park. Here the children could play wonderfully, if no open air service was held by the (nl) Christian travel organization. It organized quite a lot for their members, which made it very busy at times. Corona guidelines were therefore not enforced. The tennis court, skating rink and football field was not much.

If you are looking for peace, there is no better location to be desired. Wonderfully quiet, lots of pricacy, great bungalow. We came for rest and we found it. If you want action and funfairs, then you better skip this park, because to find something to go out you have to drive a bit. House was clean and lots of greenery around you. No speed checks, parking problems, stuttering BOAs & Burkas around you is a relief.

We had a nice holiday home with a new bathroom that was on the small side. The house was very nice and had a dishwasher, that was a surprise. But a downside was not fitting the curtains. Everywhere triangular windows with rectangular curtains in front so that in every room there was a part of the windows without a curtain. Not fine i.v.m. look in but certainly not "in the morning when you wake up very early due to the light. Not as nice as you want to sleep in during your vacation.

The cottage we had was tidy. On the outside it looks somewhat dated. A refresh would not be wrong. This is also true for the inside. The furniture is somewhat dated and that also applies to the sanitary facilities. The beds, on the other hand, were fine again. In the kitchen you miss an oven, and that's what we need. For sandwiches and meals you can easily prepare it as a holidaymaker. The park is in nature, and is well suited for that. Are you looking for a busy area or cities, then you should not be here. Heidelberg is a 45-minute drive, definitely recommended. Furthermore, the Neckar course is also beautiful. Costs to be paid afterwards. In winter the bill may increase, because a m3 gas costs € 2.30 and a kWh electricity € 0.35. In the warmer seasons it does not matter what you've lost. Then even the internet. For € 12, - you can use this for a week. We had a cottage halfway through the park and then it just works, but with effort. And only one device can be used at the same time. Very nice accommodation. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. large garden around the house, where our children could have fun with badminton and other games just fine. Feriendorf Waldbrunn is a park where some of the owners rented their cottage, which the older permanent residents of the park may not always appreciate. Despite the large playground so it is less suitable for families with children. The cottages are furnished dated, but clean. The park is easy and suitable for those who are just looking for a house to stay and continue business. Everything outside the park The area is nice, but shops and entertainment is not around, you have at least half an hour to forty five minutes to drive. The pool in the forest area on the edge of the park (7 minute walk) is geweldig.De reception very simple and there is no shop in which all aspects of life which sells (actually there is almost nothing that they sell, except ice cream and soda bottles and fresh sandwiches made to order) If you come late Saturday afternoon, then you have enough food and drinks with you, make sure everything is closed Sunday. Together with our 3 children (6, 3 and 1 year) we have a wonderful holiday "t Feriendorf had. We have a lot of walking, swimming in an outdoor pool amid the hills and a boat trip to Heidelberg. The cottage itself is simple, but very atmospheric, the children enjoyed the fun "exciting" corners. Much privacy around the house. Fri complete equipment, both indoors and buiten.De sleeper is actually in the "children's bedroom", and therefore not to 3rd bedroom. We found the temperature indoors doable, even with very hot weather ... Our cabin was a furnace, in which we could prepare delicious hot sandwiches. This may vary per cottage.

Fine houses, dated but neatly trimmed interior being. Hutch in the ridge is nice but too hot to "summer sleep. We did not actually six-person cabins. We have, however, we want it to display. The park is clean and quiet, our children (<10 yrs) were not from the playground to get away. Every morning fresh bread rolls to order. Above we found the surroundings beautiful, both villages and cities like nature (many rare birds and butterflies seen). Hiking you endlessly, shopping in nearby cities also. Public transport is good and not expensive, roads are fine. We're usually not to the same place twice, but once here go there, we would certainly find no punishment.

We were here in the (high) summer season. Still nice and quiet. The (large) triangle houses are very spacious, our house was fine furnishings. Beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and cycling reasonably compatible with sufficient speed. Nice places along the Neckar near as Ebersbach and Mosbach. Heidelberg on a half hour drive, cozy and beautiful historic city. This part of Germany is definitely underrated! I say "do".

The stay in this house and this park was very disappointing. We had deliberately selected an accommodation with WiFi. Unfortunately we had to rent this on the spot for an extra fee. And even then there was just as often no WiFi coverage as there was. The beds were very moderate. The bedding (general Dutch sizes) did not fit and the beds were so saggy that the adults lay on the floor in order to have a firmer surface. What was most unfortunate was that it was a park with almost exclusively religious people. Well, there is nothing wrong with that, but when a child is not allowed to participate in the general children's activities that the park offers, because the child does not come from a religious family, it is really to cry! What a disappointment for our 10-year-old child that he was not allowed to participate in the games that (all) other children were doing all week!

Park is spacious with lots of space and peace to the cottages. these are a bit outdated in terms of color and design but need a nice stay out of the way to staan.Prachtig area for walking and moutinbiken (or heavily by the height difference) with lots of wildlife, particularly many deer. Katzenbuckel (old volcano and highest mountain) is about 1 km away and well worth going to. Pool is new and looks perfectly groomed. We rode horses at the stables next to the pool was also very nice. The people in the area are welcoming and friendly. only the weather was poor but was still better than at home.

The houses are typical 70s, but we liked it as a group of friends. Especially for this price. The satellite TV did not work and there is also no WiFi (the WiFi mentioned in the description is only available at the reception). The TV itself was smart and has HDMI (from Samsung), so Android devices can mirror screen. The cottage has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 mattresses in the attic belonging to the 2nd bedroom. Slept well (end of September), in the summer it could be warm. The kitchen is simple with a filter coffee machine, with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. Furthermore, it is a nice quiet area and the reception was friendly and helpful. You can also order bread rolls at the reception every day (except Sunday).
